This document relates to methods and materials involved in providing a tooth, tooth component, or inorganic dental material (e.g., a human tooth, a human tooth component, or an inorganic dental material within a human's mouth) with a white appearance. For example, a whitening adhesive containing a conjugate of at least a polyamine, a polyphosphate, and one or more whitening agents (e.g., titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and/or hydroxyapetite) can be used to provide a tooth, tooth component, or inorganic dental material with a whiter appearance.
ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE-MODIFIED CYCLODEXTRIN COMPOUND, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND COSMETIC CONTAINING SAME
Provided are: an organopolysiloxane-modified cyclodextrin compound to be described below; and a cosmetic containing the same.

Aqueous Surfactant Compositions
What is proposed is aqueous surfactant compositions comprising one or more alpha-sulfo fatty acid disalts (A) of the general formula (I),

R.sup.2O-[G].sub.p (I) in which R.sup.2 is an alkyl and/or alkenyl radical with 8 to 18 carbon atoms, G is a sugar radical with 5 or 6 carbon atoms and p is numbers between 1 and 10, and water, where specific limiting conditions are to be observed. These compositions have excellent foaming ability and are suitable for use in cosmetic products.

Composition with a continuous oil phase containing at least one lipophilic organic UV-screening agent and hydrophobic silica aerogel particles
The present invention relates to a composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one continuous oil phase, characterized in that the oil phase comprises a) at least one non-volatile non-cyclic silicone oil with a viscosity at 25 C. ranging from 4 to 5000 mm.sup.2/s, better still from 4 to 1000 mm.sup.2/s and even better still from 4 to 200 mm.sup.2/s and b) at least one lipophilic organic UV-screening agent; and c) hydrophobic silica aerogel particles with a specific surface area per unit of mass (SM) ranging from 200 to 1500 m.sup.2/g, preferably from 600 to 1200 m.sup.2/g and better still from 600 to 800 m.sup.2/g, and a size, expressed as the volume mean diameter (D[0.5]), of less than 1500 m, preferably ranging from 1 to 30 m, more preferentially from 5 to 25 m, better still from 5 to 20 m and even better still from 5 to 15 m. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up human keratin materials, especially bodily or facial skin or the hair, comprising at least the application to the surface of the keratin material of at least one composition as defined previously.
Compositions and Methods for Stimulation MAGP-1 to Improve the Appearance of Skin
The present disclosure relates to methods for treating, preventing and improving the condition and aesthetic appearance of skin, particularly, treating, preventing, ameliorating, reducing and/or eliminating fine lines and/or wrinkles of skin, by application of one or a combination of natural compounds or extracts that stimulate MAGP-1 expression and which improves the appearance of aged and/or photodamaged skin. The compositions of the invention are topically applied to the skin, or are delivered by directed means to a site in need thereof in an amount effective to improve the condition and aesthetic appearance of skin.
COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING MOLECULAR AGGREGATES OF BILE ACIDS OR BILE ACID SALTS
A cosmetic composition containing a molecular association of bile acid and bile salt is disclosed. The cosmetic composition contains a molecular association in which bile acid molecule or bile salt molecules are physically bonded, and when the molecular association is formed in a composition containing water, the molecular association has an associated structure in the composition.
PASTE-LIKE SILICONE COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND COSMETICS
A paste-like silicone composition includes (A) crosslinked organopolysiloxane and (B) oil in a liquid state at 25? C. The component (A) includes a hydrosilylated reaction product of (A-1) organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom per molecule, and (A-2) alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and being bonded to a silicon atom per molecule. Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane contained in the paste-like silicone composition are each less than 2,000 ppm. It is therefore possible for a stable paste-like silicone composition that has small changes over time such as plasticization return and emit less uncomfortable odor.
