A surface finishing implement, such as a wire brush, cup brush, grinding wheel, or cut-off disk, configured for mounting to rotary power tools having a plurality of different types or sizes of mounting arrangements. A quick clamping device for a portable machine tool includes at least one drive shaft, at least one clamping unit, and at least one operating unit. The clamping unit has, for tool-less fastening of an insertion tool on the drive shaft, at least one clamping element for exerting a clamping force on the insertion tool in a clamping position. The operating unit is configured to move the clamping element into a release position, and includes at least one operating element, in particular an operating lever. The operating element has at least one activation surface for movement of the clamping element into the release position. The activation surface is arranged such that at least one force initiation point of the operating element is movable, upon interaction with a contact surface of an actuating element of the operating unit, as a factor of movement of the operating element on the contact surface.

The sanding machine of the present invention has high security and can be operated conveniently.

The subject of the present invention is a rotationally drivable rotary tool device and in particular a rotary brush tool. The invention is equipped, in its basic construction, with a tool holder (1, 2) having at least one drive-side clamping element (1) and a tool-side clamping element (2). The two clamping elements (1, 2) are connected releasably together and receive a rotary tool (5, 6). Furthermore, the two clamping elements (1, 2) ensure that the rotary tool (5, 6) is held. According to the invention, the tool-side clamping element (2) and the rotary tool (5, 6) define a structural unit (2, 5, 6). To this end, the clamping element (2) in question is configured as a holding cage (2) that encloses the rotary tool (5, 6) radially and axially at least in part.
