METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A METAL ALLOY PART FOR A TURBINE ENGINE
A method for manufacturing a metal alloy part for an aircraft turbine engine, the method including the steps of: (a) producing a blank of the part by additive manufacturing by laser fusion on a powder bed, and (b) abrasively machining the blank to obtain the part, the machining being carried out by vibratory finishing by immersing the blank in an abrasive composition contained in a tank subjected to a vibratory movement, the abrasive composition having an abrasive element formed by alumina particles, a carrying element formed by copper particles, and a liquid.
Hand-held power tool for sending or polishing a workpiece
A hand-held power tool for sanding or polishing a working surface of a workpiece features a backing pad supported in respect to a housing in a manner freely rotatable about a longitudinal axis extending perpendicular to an extension plane of the backing pad. The housing or backing pad includes first magnetic elements spaced apart from each other in a direction extending parallel to the extension plane, and includes a second magnetic element located in a space between the first magnetic elements in such a manner that the second magnetic element is held at a distance to the first magnetic elements by a magnetic force when a motor of the power tool is running and the power tool is in an idle state, thereby limiting the movement of the backing pad to an orbital movement.
ELECTRIC TOOL
The present invention provides an electric tool comprising a body, an operating component, an output shaft, and a stop mechanism. An arresting disc is disposed on the output shaft, and a groove is formed on the arresting disc; the stop mechanism comprises a protrusion, for example, a pin, which is operable so that the protrusion extends to insert into the groove to lock the output shaft. A stop mechanism of the present invention is easy to operate, delivers good safety performance, and has a relatively simple structure, which allows convenient production and subsequent maintenance. Further, a stop mechanism of the present invention automatically springs back to a non-stop position at which it detaches from the output shaft or the transmission gear of the transmission mechanism when the external force is lost, which prevents possible damage to the output shaft or transmission mechanism when a user starts the electric tool before releasing the stop mechanism.
LONG-LIFE ABRASIVE PAD ASSEMBLY
An abrasive pad assembly, comprising having an abrasive layer having first and second surfaces with the first surface being coated with material particles having predetermined hardness characteristics, a substrate having first and second surfaces with the first surface attached to the second surface of the abrasive layer, the substrate being composed of a material having stiff and resilient characteristics, and a fastening layer having first and second surfaces with the first surface being attached to the second surface of the substrate and the first surface having fastening material disposed thereon.
Power tool
It is an object of the invention to increase the degree of freedom in designing a power tool. A representative power tool 100 has a spindle 124 that transmits a driving force of a motor 115 to a tool accessory 145, a tool accessory holding member 127 that is configured to be movable in a direction of a spindle rotation axis direction 124a between a holding position for holding the tool accessory 145 and a releasing position for releasing the tool accessory 145, a lock mechanism 130 that locks the tool accessory holding member 127 in the holding position, and a body housing 101. The lock mechanism 130 is disposed between a second end 1241 of the spindle 124 and a wall of the body housing 101 in the spindle rotation axis direction 124a.
Power Tool
A power tool, in particular a hand-held power tool, includes a tool-holding device that rotates about an output axis. The tool-holding device is configured to hold a tool device on the power tool such that the output axis and a tool rotation axis substantially coincide. The tool-holding device has at least a driver device and a clamping device that is movable relative to the driver device. To transfer a driving force to the tool device, the driver device has at least one torque transfer region that is arranged at a distance from the output axis. The driver device and the clamping device are configured to reach through a cut-out of the tool device, which cut-out extends through the entire material thickness of the tool device, and to clamp the tool device via the clamping device, which is movable substantially in a direction radial to the output axis.
Electric power tool
An electric power tool includes an output shaft, drivable by an associated drive motor, and a brake apparatus for braking the output shaft rotating in the unpowered state of the associated drive motor. The output shaft is mounted in a rotatable manner in an associated housing and the brake apparatus has a magnetic-field brake unit with at least one first and one second brake element. The first brake element is arranged radially with respect to the output shaft in a rotationally fixed manner in the associated housing and includes at least one first and one second magnetic pole configured to generate a magnetic field that alternates in the circumferential direction of the output shaft. The second brake element is magnetically conductive and rotationally connected to the output shaft via an activatable coupling device.
POLISHING PAD FOR A RELEASABLE ATTACHMENT TO A BOTTOM SURFACE OF A PLATE-LIKE BACKING PAD OF A POWER TOOL, BACKING PAD AND HAND-HELD POWER TOOL
The invention refers to a hand-held power tool (1) comprising a plate-like backing pad (9) with a bottom surface (9a) and a polishing pad (11) with a top surface (11a) for releasable attachment of the polishing pad (11) to the bottom surface (9a) of the backing pad (9). The power tool (1) further comprises an electric or pneumatic motor adapted for actuating the backing pad (9), in order to make the backing pad (9) together with the polishing pad (11) attached thereto perform a purely rotating, a random orbital or a roto-orbital working movement.
