Descaling apparatus for steel tubes of the building scaffold
This invention discloses a descaling apparatus for steel tubes of the building scaffold, belonging to the technical field of construction equipment, which solves the existing problems with low quality in rust-removal of the steel tube of the building scaffold, and the descaling apparatus for steel tubes of the building scaffold comprises a bottom panel (1), a working table (11), a pushing base (2) on the bottom panel (1) along a length direction, several of forward rust-scraping rings (3) and several of reverse rust-scraping rings (4) on the working table (11), several of forward scrapers (33) on the forward rust-scraping rings (3), several of reverse scrapers (43) on the reverse rust-scraping rings (4), a driving member on the working table (11), several sets of rolling assemblies (5) on the working table (11); this invention has a better rust-removal effect and is more labor-saving when in manual operation.
Polishing technique for flexible tubes
Various examples are provided for polishing techniques for flexible tubular workpieces. In one example, a method includes supporting a tubular workpiece on a rod that extends axially through it; positioning a turning wheel against an external surface of the tubular workpiece, where it is held by magnetic attraction; and rotating the tubular workpiece by rotating the turning wheel. The external surface of the tubular workpiece is polished by the abrasive particles during rotation of the tubular workpiece. In another example, a polishing system includes a workpiece holder including a rod configured to axially support a tubular workpiece; a turning wheel with abrasive particles distributed about an outer surface; a wheel support assembly configured to position the outer surface of the turning wheel against the an external surface of the tubular workpiece, where it is held by magnetic attraction. The external surface is polished during rotation of the tubular workpiece.
Wheel grinding device
A wheel grinding device consists of a lower lifting rotary system, spoke grinding units, a center hole grinding system and an upper lifting and clamping rotary system. The wheel grinding device not only can be used for grinding the center hole of a wheel of any size via brush units of the center hole grinding system, but also can be used for grinding the back of wheel spokes of different sizes and shapes via the actions of brush belts of the spoke grinding units.
Method and apparatus for polishing a substrate, and method for processing a substrate
A method and an apparatus which can efficiently polish an entirety of a back surface, including an outermost area thereof, of a substrate while the back surface of the substrate faces downward are disclosed. The method includes rotating a substrate by rotating a plurality of rollers about their respective own axes while the rollers contact a periphery of the substrate with a back surface of the substrate facing downward; and polishing an entirety of the back surface of the substrate by moving a polishing tool relative to the substrate while supplying a liquid onto the back surface of the substrate and while placing the polishing tool in contact with the back surface of the substrate, the polishing tool being located at a lower side of the substrate.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PROCESSING ONE OR MORE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT PROBES
A probe sanding fixture includes a base, a probe adapter including a probe guide defining one or more channels defined therein, and a sander tool including a sanding wheel and a gauge pin configured to process one or more probes positioned in the channels. The probe adapter is coupleable to the base such that the channels are extendable generally along a first axis. The sander tool is coupled to the base such that the sander tools is translatable along a second axis and rotatable about the first axis.
PIVOTABLE SUBSTRATE RETAINING RING
A carrier head includes a base assembly, a substrate mounting surface connected to the base assembly, and a plurality of segments disposed circumferentially around the substrate mounting surface to provide a retaining ring to surround a substrate mounted on the substrate mounting surface. An inner surface of each of the plurality of segments is configured to engage the substrate, and each segment of the plurality of segments of the retaining ring is pivotally connected to the base assembly such that a lower portion of each segment of the retaining ring is swingable toward and away from the substrate.
OPTICAL FIBER POLISHING FIXTURE
An optical fiber polishing fixture assembly comprises a fixture base and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly has first and second base portions, a lever, and a biasing member. Each of the first and second base portions has an inner facing side with a slot and an inner facing surface. The slots are adapted to receive bars on opposing sides of a fiber optic connector and cable assembly. The lever has a first end positioned between the inner facing surfaces and a second end extending outward therefrom. The clamping assembly has a locked position, when the first and second base portions are biased toward one another by the biasing member, and an unlocked position, when the lever overcomes a biasing force of the biasing member and separates the first and second base portions.
WORK SUPPORTING AND ROTATING APPARATUS
This invention relates in general to a portable work supporting and rotating apparatus for rotatable support of elongate workpieces of various diameters to be worked. The device having a longitudinally extending base frame with a fixed member and a movable member being disposed in generally parallel and spaced relation. A plurality of rollers are journaled on the fixed and movable members to rotatably support the elongated workpieces axially parallel to said rollers between the fixed and movable members. A means for moving the movable member in a transverse relationship with the fixed member is provided to increase or decrease a space between the fixed and movable members. A drive unit is operatively connected to one of the plurality of rollers permitting the workpiece to be rotated about a longitudinal axis.
SUBSTRATE HOLDING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
