Supplement support system sleeve for a universal joint
A supplement support system sleeve. Descriptive of the tool part know as a Universal Joint that improves managing the flex when adapting parts are heavier than the resistance of the flex of the Universal Joint. Staying on the smooth surfaces with a directional system design to flex that includes a flex Stop with a per determined adjustment location within the tool part design. Offering limited resistance to the movement to no reduction to the tool part design values or intended use other then increasing the size when installed. Made from flexible material.
Socket break tool
A hand tool where one end of the tool has a force applied along a linear handle and a socket engaging tool head on the opposite end of the linear handle to direct the force to rotate a stuck fastener engaged bolt by the tool head.
Connecting member of a universal connector and the universal connector
A connecting member of a universal connector includes a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole formed on from a first end surface toward a second end surface of the connecting member, and a third insertion hole and a fourth insertion hole formed on the second end surface toward the first end surface of the connecting member, whereby the insertion holes will not be affected by and damage other structures of the connecting member in the mechanical process, so as to achieve the enhancement of the convenience of processing.
ENGAGING STRUCTURE FOR HAND TOOL
An engaging structure for a hand tool includes a main body. The main body has a mounting element. The mounting element includes multiple first recessed portions, multiple second recessed portions, and multiple locking sides. Each of the first recessed portions is provided with two grooves. Each of the second recessed portions is provided with a first curved face. Each of the locking sides has a planar shape. Each of the locking sides is arranged between two of the second recessed portions. Each of the first recessed portions is formed on one of the locking sides. The locking sides construct a first hexagon. The first hexagon has a center provided with a central axis. The first hexagon has six side faces. Each of the six side faces coincide with each of the locking sides.
Torque enhancing apparatus
The torque enhancing apparatus including a first socket and a second socket coupled to the first socket, including an extendable moment arm. The torque enhancing apparatus includes a ball pivotably and captively held between the first socket and the second socket. The torque enhancing apparatus may include one or more extendable moment arms. The extendable moment arm or arms are configured such that they provide a mechanical advantage for moving the first socket and the second socket relative to one another. The torque enhancing apparatus may include a first socket, a second socket coupled to the first socket including four extendable moment arms. The torque enhancing apparatus including a ball pivotably held between the first socket and the second socket.
Extension shaft for holding a tool for rotary driven motion
A tool having a flexible extension shaft, a first end and, a second end and capable of being bent about its axis. The tool transfers rotary motion from a device to an implement. Both of the ends may be capable of independently being bent about the axis. The shaft may include a male member and a female member for a kit. Further, one end of the tool may include a rotatable member having a first and second implement.
CONCENTRATED LONGITUDINAL ACOUSTICAL/ULTRASONIC ENERGY FASTENER DESIGN AND MANIPULATION SYSTEM HAVING AT LEAST ONE OR A PLURALITY OF FLEXIBLE ULTRASONIC JOINTS
A system and method and fastening tool that utilizes ultrasonic or acoustic energy and a horn that focuses the energy into the fastener at a predetermined location in order to facilitate tightening or loosening the fastener. The system, method and fastening tool comprise at least one flexible ultrasonic joint that permits a horn in the fastener tool to pivot in at least one or a plurality of planes and at least partially about at least one or a plurality of axes. The at least one flexible ultrasonic joint is adapted to facilitate transfer and focus of the ultrasonic energy through the tool and toward the fastener utilizing specially designed surfaces and a dry or wet environment.
Supplement support system sleeve for a universal joint improvements / angled flex stop
Uniformed improvement to the flex stop system with an effective fit and attachment thereof by improving overall fit to many different types of universal joints, and with the flex and movement for clearance needed with a greater angle of rotation.
Driving head-changeable tool
A driving head-changeable tool is provided, including: a main body, including a chamber and an assembling end, the chamber including concave portions and convex portions alternatively arranged circumferentially, the chamber further including at least one receiving hole each receiving a blocking member; an outer sleeve, disposed around the main body, including a recess and a projection protrusive, the outer sleeve being slidable relative to the main body; wherein when the outer sleeve is located in a first position, the projection urges the blocking member to project within the chamber to retain the polygonal ball joint in the chamber; when the outer sleeve is located in a second position, the blocking member is retractable in the recess to be not protrusive within the chamber so that the polygonal ball joint is disengageable from the chamber.
Expandable inter-body device, system, and method
Expandable spinal implants, systems and methods are disclosed. An expandable spinal implant may include a first endplate, a second endplate, and a moving mechanism that is operably coupled to the first and second endplates. The moving mechanism may include a wedge, a first sliding frame and a second sliding frame disposed on opposite sides of the wedge, a screw guide housing a rotatable first set screw and a rotatable second set screw opposite the first set screw. The first set screw may be operably coupled to the second sliding frame and the second set screw may be operably coupled to the wedge. The moving mechanism may operably adjust a spacing between the first and second endplates upon simultaneous rotation of the first and second set screws and operably adjust an angle of inclination between the first and second endplates upon translating the first set screw or second set screw.
