MULTI-DEVICE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION TOOL
In some examples, a multi-device removal and installation tool may include a device removal tool including a first side having a first receiver with a first dimension that removably receives a first device, and a second side having a second receiver with a second dimension that removably receives a second device. The first dimension may be different from the second dimension. A torque limit tool may apply, in a first rotation direction of the torque limit tool and the device removal tool, a tightening torque to the first device. Further, the torque limit tool may apply, in a second rotation direction of the torque limit tool and the device removal tool, a loosening torque to the first device. The second rotation direction may be generally opposite to the first rotation direction.
Grooved drive for ratchet tools
A tool with a drive lug having groove formed on the drive lug to promote failure of the drive lug before internal component failure. The groove has a predetermined diameter and is formed on the drive lug or ratchet square to cause failure of the drive lug, due to a torsional ductile fracture, before any internal component failure of the tool, such as, for example, gear and/or pawl failure in a ratchet wrench.

Battery holder structure
A battery holder structure is disposed on an electric wrench which includes a battery unit, and the battery holder structure includes a back cover assembly. The back cover assembly is assembled on an end of the electric wrench, and the back cover assembly includes a cover, a supporting member, a first elastic member and a second elastic member. The cover has an accommodating space. The supporting member is disposed in the accommodating space. The first elastic member is assembled on an end of the supporting member, an end of the first elastic member contacts with the cover, and another end of the first elastic member contacts with the supporting member. The second elastic member is assembled on another end of the supporting member, an end of the second elastic member contacts with the supporting member, and another end of the second elastic member contacts with the battery unit.

RATCHET TOOL
A ratchet tool provided, including: a driver body, including a handle and a working rod connected with the handle, at least one of the handle and the working rod being integrally formed with a first blocking structure; at least one sleeve member, being disposed around and unidirectionally rotatable about the driver body, integrally formed with a second blocking structure, at least one of the first and second blocking structures being configured as a ratcheting structure, the second blocking structure being releasably stuck with the first blocking structure in a rotation direction; wherein when there is a relative torque greater than a predetermined torque between the at least one sleeve member and the driver body, at least one of the first blocking structure and second the blocking structures deforms and the second blocking structure is slidable over the first blocking structure in the rotation direction.
Adjustable disposable torque limiting mount and device
Disclosed are aspects of exemplars of torque-limiting devices, methods and mechanisms. Exemplary methods may include placing an actuator in a tool containment interface of a handle, the interface being fluidly connected to an adjustment interface and adjustable via a fixation fastener; movably mounting a tool portion with an actuation catch and a work piece engaging region (WER) in the interface; applying sufficient force to the movable mounting to the handle may be via pins, guides and slots. Said catch may be one of a body catch and a lever catch; and, the actuator terminates on one of a ball shaped end that forms an interface with the body catch and a force lever that forms an interface with the lever catch.
Torque Structure
A torque structure includes a first body, a second body, a first elastic member, a third body, and a limit unit. The second body is provided with a second receiving chamber, a first pivot portion, at least one first positioning portion and at least one second positioning portion. The first elastic member is received in the second receiving chamber. The third body is provided with a drive portion, a pivot seat, a second pivot portion, and a first limit portion. The limit unit is assembled with the second body and the third body and rotated between a disengaging position where the third body is unlocked from the second body and has a torque slip function relative to the second body, and a engaging position where the third body is locked by the second body and does not have a torque slip function.
Torque wrench and method for controlled tightening of threaded couplings using a torque wrench
A torque wrench for controlled tightening of threaded couplings, including a substantially tubular body, a grip positioned at a first end of said tubular body, a tightening head positioned at a second end of said tubular body, a tightening torque setting mechanism positioned inside said tubular body, an indicating device for indicating when the tightening torque set has been reached, a recognition device for recognising an element to be tightened and/or elements that are positioned at the element to be tightened, said recognition device being connected to said tubular body, preferably at said second end, and a control unit connected to said recognition device and designed to associate with the element recognised by said recognition device a tightening torque design value to be set.
CLAMPING TOOL WITH INTERCHANGEABLE ARM
A clamping tool is provided comprising a body, containing control circuits and electronic processing circuitry and having, at one end, a handle for gripping by an operator making the clamping, and on the other end, an arm. The arm comprises, at its free end, a seat that can be alternatively pluggable to a plurality of inserts suitable for engaging the tool with a corresponding type and/or dimension of a mechanical member on which the tool is configured to operate to perform a clamping operation. Sensor means are provided on the arm for detecting tightening conditions exerted on the mechanical member. Furthermore, a microprocessor electronic card is provided on the are for receiving analogic signals from the sensor means, converting the signals into digital format, and handling transfer of the signals in digital format to the electronic processing circuitry.
