MANDOLINE WITH SPIRALIZER INSERT
A mandoline slicer includes a slicing ramp with a rearward and forward portion defining an opening. A main slicing blade is mounted to the forward slicing portion. A spiral slicing insert is configured to fit within the opening, and includes a circular support, a spindle, and a spiral slicing blade positioned inside the circular support. In some versions, the insert is invertible, having a second spiral slicing feature on a lower side.
HAND HELD SPIRALIZER
A hand held spiralizer includes two housing portions pivotally joined to one another to allow the housing to open and close. A pair of handle portions cooperate to form a unified handle in the closed position. A main slicing blade extends along an interior sidewall for spiral cutting, while a set of julienne blades is mounted for selective pivotal movement for optional use.
Mandolin slicer
The present invention provides a mandolin slicer adjustable for slicing item in variable thicknesses and variable shapes, wherein the adjustment is enabled by an actuator assembly, such as a ballpoint pen ratchet mechanism or a push-push latch mechanism provided on the mandolin slicer. The mandolin slicer of the present invention further comprises an indicating mechanism to clearly indicate the selected thickness and shape of the sliced item.
DEVICE FOR CHOPPING FOOD
The invention relates to a device for chopping food, having a base part which has a receptacle for a cutting part, and having an actuating part which is fixable to the base part in an articulated manner such that the actuating part is pivotable toward the cutting part in order to push through an item to be chopped. The device is distinguished in that the actuating part is pivotable toward the cutting part in order to push through an item to be chopped, characterized in that the device has at least one chopping tool in the manner of a sharpener.
IMPROVED APPLIANCE FOR CUTTING FRUIT OR VEGETABLES
An appliance for cutting food, particularly fruit and vegetables, includes a base and at least one cutting blade. The base includes a surface for receiving the food and a device for translatably guiding the cutting blade that is to be moved back and forth by the user over the food.
KITCHEN SLICER AND APPLICATOR
The invention relates to a kitchen slicer for slicing material to be cut, like fruit, vegetables or the like. In a kitchen slicer according to the invention, the applicator is incorporated to act through the guide surface.
The invention additionally relates to an applicator for a kitchen slicer which is configured according to the invention as an attachment piece or as an exchangeable component.
Slicer
A slicer is provided which slices a slicing subject with a uniform thickness and can be used in a sanitized manner. The slicer includes a resin-made frame which supports both ends of a slicing blade, a resin-made movable support plate attached to the frame so as to be able to ascend and descend, first reinforcing members buried in the frame, a second reinforcing member buried at one end of the movable support member in a width direction, and a third reinforcing member buried at the other end. The first reinforcing members, the second reinforcing member, and the third reinforcing member absorb bending stress acting on the slicer.
Food cutting apparatus
A food apparatus comprises a frame (1), a main body (5) and a blade body (25). The main body is set on the frame. The food cutting apparatus further comprises a lifting device (21) and a locking structure (20). The lifting device pushes the main body to move vertically. The blade body is fixed on the frame by the locking structure.
Convertible slicing/dicing mandolin
The cutting device can be used to slice, make julienne strips, and/or dice food items. In dicing, preferably the horizontal slicer blade is retracted during a first pass of the slider past the julienne blades, and after the slider has been rotated by 90, during a second pass, the horizontal blade is erected to make the horizontal cut and complete the dicing operation. A slicing width adjustment is provided with a large diameter threaded member being adjustable to support a movable platform, with an adjustable locking mechanism to support the end of the platform nearest the horizontal cutting blade.
Cutting board assembly
A cutting board assembly with a rigid planar member, a circular segmented tray member, a plurality of supports, a plurality of non slip feet, a tray turning knob, a rotary bearing assembly and a food retaining curb. The planar member has an aperture matching the perimeter of one segment of the tray member. The tray turning knob is located at the center of the planer member. The rotary bearing assembly is mounted to the underside of the tray. The supports and non slip feet hold the rigid planar member up and prevent it from sliding during use. The food retaining curb is attached to either the left or right side of the rigid planar member, enabling a user to cut items and slide them into one of the tray segments and turn the tray so that a new segment of the tray is available for receiving additional cut items.
