DECORATIVE COATING METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES
A decorative coatings method, system, device, and composition, wherein the initial part may be the blending of several materials to create the face coat. The next step may be the application of this face coat into a mold. Then the backfilling of this mold with another blended material that is not usually associated with the face coat. The method ensures the adhesion of the backfill to the face coat. The specific mixtures allow the materials to bond and form a solid product when removed from the mold.
TECHNIQUES FOR REDUCING SURFACE ADHESION DURING DEMOLDING IN NANOIMPRINT LITHOGRAPHY
Disclosed herein are techniques for molding a slanted structure. In some embodiments, a mold for nanoimprint lithography includes a support layer, a polymeric layer on the support layer and including a slanted structure, and an oxide layer on surfaces of the slanted structure. In some embodiments, the oxide layer is conformally deposited on the surfaces of the slanted structure by atomic layer deposition. In some embodiments, the mold further includes an anti-sticking layer on the oxide layer.
Mold
The improved mold assembly for cultured marble molding is provided. The mold assembly can comprise a male mold portion and a female mold portion. The assembly can further comprise a molding tool. The molding tool can have a side wall having an upper curved portion and a lower curved portion. The molding tool can have a bowl portion and an apron portion spaced from the bowl portion by a gap. The molding tool can be constructed from a flexible and/or soft material. The molding tool can facilitate molding of a countertop having at least one seamless curved edge and/or an at least partially seamless sink portion.
Motor and method for manufacturing the same
A motor of the present invention includes a stator having windings. The stator includes: a cylindrical outer member; a mold resin portion that molds the windings with a resin; and a stress non-transmitting portion provided between the mold resin portion and the outer member so as not to transmit stress to the outer member due to shrinking of the mold resin portion or reduce the amount of transmitted stress.

MOLDING METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STATOR FOR A SCREW DRILLING TOOL USING ELASTOMER MATERIAL
A molding method for producing a screw drill stator using an elastomer material includes: S1. sequentially roughening, cleaning and drying an inner surface of the stator tube; mixing an adhesive and a diluent, coating the mixture obtained on the inner surface, and heating it for later use; S2, uniformly coating a mold release agent on a surface of a mandrel mold, and heating or drying it naturally for later use; S3. assembling the processed stator tube and the processed mandrel mold to obtain an assembled mold; S4. performing a vacuum defoaming under negative pressure on a mixture obtained by uniformly mixing a prepolymer of the elastomer material with a defoaming agent; S5. uniformly mixing the defoamed prepolymer of the elastomer material with a curing agent, and pouring the obtained mixture into the assembled mold, sealing and curing the poured assembled mold by hierarchical heating to obtain the stator.

Sole and Method for Preparing Same
A sole having a foam layer and a film layer. The foam layer is formed by mixing material A and material B. After the release agent is sprayed on the film layer, the raw material is filled in the cavity of the mold for baking insulation. The AB mixed raw material has emulsification reaction and is foamed, and the mold is filled and prepared. The present invention has the beneficial effects that: the sole according is mainly suitable for the sole of a slipper, lighter and more comfortable; a film is formed on the outer surface of the foam layer, so that the surface of the finished product is smoother, more beautiful, and higher in yield rate; in the preparation process, a shaking mode technology is adopted to reduce the shortage of materials and dark bubbles in the product and also reduce the amount of bubbles in the product.
