The decorative layer formed by a printing method has a thickness less than a thickness of the optical effect layer formed by a coating method, and the optical effect layer and the decorative layer each includes a protective material, an ink material, and an adhesive material. In such embodiment, the all-in-one coating material may be formed on the substrate by the coating method or the printing method to form the optical effect layer and the decorative layer with protective, color, and adhesive effects.
