In order to prevent shaft portion from being broken in ejection of base portion from mold, method for manufacturing interdental cleaning tool includes: base portion forming step of forming base portion by filling first space of primary mold (50) with synthetic resin, which includes first and second mold members (50A, 50B); and cleaning portion forming step of forming cleaning portion around shaft portion by filling second space of secondary mold with elastomer. Base portion forming step uses first and second mold members (50A, 50B). First and second molds include: first and second contact surfaces (51A, 51B); pair of first and second spaced-apart portions (54A, 54B); and first and second connection portions (52A, 52B), angle (θ) between each of first and second spaced-apart portions (54A, 54B) and separation plane being acute.

A two-color molded article includes a first resin part, and a second resin part in contact with the first resin part so as to at least partially overlap the first resin part. The second resin part includes a single layer region provided between a first region and a second region and provided in a penetrating portion formed between a first portion and a second portion. The single layer region has a joint portion in contact with a bent portion. The joint portion is formed in a convex shape with respect to the bent portion.

An infusion set system, including a base and a fluid connector removably coupleable thereto is disclosed. The fluid connector includes a fluid path portion and at least one connector latch displaceably connected to the fluid path portion and displaceable to a latching position in which at least a portion of the connector latch extends into the fluid path portion, which includes a cannula extending from a top interior surface thereof, and a plurality of internal sidewalls corresponding to at least two of a plurality of flat side surfaces of at least one of a base section and a base latch, thereby facilitating connection between the base and the fluid connector in a plurality of discrete rotational connecting positions. When the fluid connector is locked to the base, the at least one connector latch engages a base latching portion of the base and restricts proximal displacement of the fluid connector.
Electronic device and method for manufacturing the same
An electronic device includes a first molded product integrated with an electronic component, and a second molded product secondarily molded outside of the first molded product. The first molded product includes a thermosetting resin, and a first additive contained in the thermosetting resin, and the second molded product includes a thermoplastic resin, and a second additive contained in the thermoplastic resin and having a reactive group that chemically bonds with the first additive. At an interface between the first molded product and the second molded product, the first additive and the second additive are joined to each other by one or more joint actions selected from covalent bonding, ionic bonding, hydrogen bonding, intermolecular forces, dispersion force, and diffusion. As a result, the adhesion between both the molded products can be firmly secured through the molding technique such as the transfer molding method or the compression molding method.

A steering wheel is provided with a heater element on the rim. The heater element is mounted at least on a part of a core of the rim, and a cladding layer formed from synthetic resin foam covers an outer circumference of the heater element. The heater element includes a cord-shaped heater and a base material. The base material includes an insulation sheet that is formed from synthetic resin foam and disposed to face towards the core and a permeable sheet that is formed from non-metal which allows permeation of the cladding layer. The insulation sheet and permeable sheet are bonded together and sandwich and support the cord-shaped heater there between.

The present invention relates to a crash pad for vehicles and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, a crash pad for vehicles comprising a skin layer forming the outer surface of the crash pad provided with an air-bag module for vehicles; a foaming layer in intimate contact with the lower surface of the skin layer; and a core layer in intimate contact with the lower surface of the foaming layer to form an inner surface, wherein the skin layer has a tensile strength of about 10 to about 100 kgf/cm.sup.2 and an elongation at break of about 50 to about 600% according to JIS K6301 method when it has a layer thickness of about 0.2 mm to about 1.0 mm.
CONNECTOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONNECTOR
An aspect of the invention is directed to a method for producing a connector using injection-molding by providing at least one conductor and at least one contact pin which are electrically connected at a contact point, producing a thermoset premold from a thermoset using injection-molding, wherein the thermoset is injection-molded around at least a first section of the at least one conductor and/or around at least a second section of the at least one contact pin, and injection-molding of a thermoplast on the thermoset premold, wherein the step of injection-molding takes place before the thermoset premold has obtained a degree of curing of 90%. Another aspect of the invention is a connector comprising at least one conductor and at least one contact pin is disclosed.
