The present disclosure provides devices for preventing or absorbing fluid (e.g., sweat) and/or odors from the intergluteal cleft of a subject. In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides devices for treating or preventing hemorrhoids and methods of using same.

An intradermal active ingredient delivery system includes an extraction device, which in particular has a several hollow needles, for extracting interstitial liquid. A conveying device is fluidically connected to the extraction device. The conveying device is also fluidically connected to an active ingredient reservoir. The conveying device is fluidically connected to a delivery device for delivering an interstitial liquid comprising active ingredient. The delivery device preferably has hollow needles to be able to delivery the liquid mixture intradermally.

Methods and devices are adapted for implanting into the eye. An incision is formed in the cornea of the eye and a shunt is inserted through the incision into the anterior chamber of the eye. The shunt includes a fluid passageway. The shunt is passed along a pathway from the anterior chamber through the scleral spur of the eye into the suprachoroidal space and positioned in a first position such that a first portion of the fluid passageway communicates with the anterior chamber and a second portion of the fluid passageway communicates with the suprachoroidal space to provide a fluid passageway between the suprachoroidal space and the anterior chamber.

A nebulizer is proposed which comprises a blocking device for blocking opening of the nebulizer in a tensioned state. The nebulizer comprises preferably an indicator device for indicating a tensioned state of the nebulizer. The invention concerns a device for preparing a dose of medicament on demand, comprising at least one receptacle (10), at least one cartridge (12) of a medicinal composition intended to enter said at least one receptacle, the medicinal composition being in liquid or solid powder form, as well as dosing means (14) for dosing said medicinal composition, monitoring means (16) for monitoring the dose of the medicinal composition delivered and control means (18) for controlling the at least one cartridge (12), the dosing means (14) and the monitoring means (16).

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems and methods for air/water and flushing valves. For example, an endoscopic valve of the present disclosure may include a valve stem with contiguous first and second channels and with first and second ports formed within a sidewall of the valve stem. A series of seals may be disposed around an outer surface of the valve stem proximal and distal to the first and second ports. A gating member may be slidably disposed within the proximal channel and a valve insert may be disposed between the proximal and distal channels.

The invention provides devices, methods and kits for surgery. More specifically, the invention provides a device for surgery comprising: a body comprising a handle; and one or hydrophilic extension or probe, wherein the device is adapted for removal of hydrophilic fluid. A method is also provided for removal of hydrophilic fluid, the method comprising: contacting the hydrophilic fluid with one or more hydrophilic extension or probe to thereby remove the hydrophilic fluid.
