METHOD OF PRODUCING TOPPING HANGER
The present invention provides a method of producing a topping hanger comprising: (a) inspecting raw materials; (b) calculating a formula; (c) mixing uniformly; (d) dehumidifying the raw materials; (e) injection molding a colored mixed body: introducing the dehumidified raw materials into an injection molding machine at temperature 200-350° C., and the colored mixed body being produced by injecting molding after adjusting parameters of molds; (f) injection molding a transparent exterior body: a transparent PET and acrylics being formed of the transparent exterior body outside of the colored mixed body by injection molding at temperature 200-350° C.; and (g) packing the products. The transparent exterior body fully coats with the colored mixed body via injection molding, and this feature effectively enhances quality and visual effect, and chemical and color stability of the products, and reduces the cost. The present invention reduces damage during objects with colors contacting human.
Apparatus for forming a window of a display panel
An apparatus for forming a window of a display panel includes a mold configured to hold a plate in a concave portion, wherein the concave portion has a predetermined shape, and a transfer part configured to sequentially transfer the mold to a heating part, a forming part, and a cooling part. The heating part includes first and second heating modules respectively positioned on top and bottom portions of the mold and configured to apply heat to the top and bottom portions of the mold. The forming part is positioned above the mold and configured to jet a high-temperature gas onto the heated plate. The cooling part includes first and second cooling modules respectively positioned on the top and bottom portions of the mold and configured to cool the top and bottom portions of the heated plate. The mold is tilted at a predetermined angle relative to a horizontal plane.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RADAR COVER AND RADAR COVER
A method for manufacturing a radar cover which covers a radar unit configured to detect surrounding conditions of a vehicle includes: preparing a base having a recessed portion formed of a transparent layer and comprising a colored layer stacked on a portion other than the recessed portion, and a shining member comprising a basal portion including a shining layer on a surface thereof and an edge portion; arranging the base and the shining member such that the edge portion of the shining member and the colored layer of the base are in contact with each other and the shining layer of the basal portion and the recessed portion face each other; and fixing the edge portion and the colored layer to each other.
USING DEPTH IN THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT PRINTING TO FORM COLORS THAT CHANGE WITH VIEWING AND ILLUMINATION ANGLES
A three-dimensionally printed object includes a plurality of different material regions that together define a surface region of the object. The plurality of different material regions includes a first material region and a second material region. The first material region has a first color, and the second material region has a second color that is different from the first color. The different material regions overlap from each other within the object by different amounts viewed from different directions so that different proportions of light from the plurality of different material regions are visible to an observer viewing the surface region of the three-dimensionally printed object from different view directions, different view angles, and with illumination lighting the surface region at different angles. A coloration of the surface region is altered based on the proportions of light from the plurality of different material regions visible to the observer.
REFRIGERATOR DISPENSER LEVER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a refrigerator dispenser lever and a method for manufacturing the same. The lever is capable of reducing post-process activity required to assemble the components, enhancing a sense of unity between components and improving the quality and appearance of the lever by combining individual components during manufacturing using a single injection molding process.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT
The invention relates to a system for producing a three-dimensional object by solidifying layer by layer a material that can be solidified under the effect of radiation. The system comprises a device for releasing a material layer of the solidifiable material that has solidified on a carrier defining a reference surface from the carrier. The device comprises a flexible elastic release element. The release element is arranged between the carrier and the material layer and can be detached nondestructively from the carrier. The system also comprises a fluid introduction device for introducing a release fluid between the carrier and the release element. The reference surface is curved in a way deviating from a plane.
Nanostructures from laser-ablated nanohole templates
Solution casting a nanostructure. Preparing a template by ablating nanoholes in a substrate using single-femtosecond laser machining. Replicating the nanoholes by applying a solution of a polymer and a solvent into the template. After the solvent has substantially dissipated, removing the replica from the substrate.
Method and apparatus for thermoforming an article
A method for thermoforming an article includes extruding a sheet of material, conditioning the sheet with a roller, thermoforming the sheet to provide a web, and cutting the web to provide the article.
Method of making article with visual effect
Method of making a blow molded article from a preform including: a) providing a preform of a thermoplastic material having a plurality of effect structures each having an effect surface having a normal with an orientation, the preform having a body with one or more walls and an opening, wherein at least a portion of the one or more walls of the preform has a three-dimensional pattern of cavities and/or protrusions thereon; and b) blow molding the preform to form a blow molded article, wherein the step of blow molding the preform changes the orientation of the normal of at least some of the effect surfaces of the effect structures to create a visual effect in at least one wall of the blow molded article.
Blow molded article with visual effects
A blow molded monolayer article. The article has a hollow body defined by a wall. The wall has one or more regions comprising a first composition and one or more regions formed by a second composition.
