RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND WELDING APPARATUS
There is provided a resin molded product including a first member and a second member which are laser welded. A laser welded portion includes a first welding portion which is welded by laser welding of galvano method and a second welding portion which is welded by laser welding of flash method or laser welding of scanning method.
FLEXIBLE AND TRANSPARENT POLYIMIDE LAMINATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a flexible and transparent polyimide laminate and manufacturing method thereof. The flexible and transparent polyimide laminate comprises a conductive layer, an adhesive layer and a polyimide substrate. The conductive layer includes a plurality of metal nanowires, and is attached on the polyimide substrate by the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is an insoluble polyimide film and is polymerized by aromatic dianhydride and one of the following monomer: alicyclic diamines, fluorine-containing diamines, and the combination thereof.
RESIN MOLDING
A resin molding is provided. The resin molding includes an optically transparent plate-shaped portion, which has a first surface having a smooth surface portion, and a second surface having plural sections, wherein each of the plural sections has a width and includes one or more convex portions which have one or more ridge lines extending in a ridge line direction. The ridge line direction of the one or more convex portions of at least one of the plural sections is different from the ridge line direction of the one or more convex portions of one or more of others of the plural sections. When the first surface of the resin molding is observed from outside, the resin molding has metallic appearance.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR POSTOPERATIVE SOFT TISSUE CARE
Described herein are systems and methods for postoperative soft tissue care that can be effective to control swelling and/or support an intended outcome following a cosmetic or reconstructive procedure.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT FORMING DEVICE AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT FORMING METHOD
An overhanging portion of a three-dimensional object is formed in the absence of a support material. An inkjet head unit of a three-dimensional object forming device according to an aspect of the invention discharges an ink at a time of forming a next layer on a layer previously formed, so as to have part of the ink forming an end of the next layer that is close to an end of the layer previously formed, overlap with the ink forming the end of the layer previously formed to provide a void immediately below the remaining part of the ink of the next layer.
METHOD OF GLOSS CORRECTION
A method of gloss correction in a process of printing a three-dimensional object, wherein a print head is moved in two directions parallel to a substrate to slicewise apply material building the object up to a height as defined in a height map, comprising the steps of: deriving, from the height map, a normal map which assigns to any point of the object surface a normal vector that is normal to the surface of the object; segmenting the surface points into at least two regions in which the normal vectors of points in the region fulfill a predefined similarity criterion that is related to a surface gloss of the object; for each region, estimating an expected surface gloss value of the object; calculating a gloss correction map based on a difference between the estimated surface gloss values for said at least two regions; and applying to the object a surface treatment in accordance with the gloss correction map.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEAT-RESISTANT CONTAINER
Upon manufacturing a heat-resistant container using PET sheet, high heat-resistance is achieved without a stretching operation. The method comprises a molding sheet-making process, wherein a sheet is made including organic acid metal salt particulates produced by allowing an inorganic basic material or carbonate that is solid at ordinary temperature to react with an organic acid that is solid at ordinary temperature in the equivalent relationship, and a container-molding process, wherein, the molding sheet made in the molding sheet-making process is heated to 80-130° C., formed into a container shape by a vacuum or vacuum-pressure forming machine using a mold, and heat-set by keeping at 130-220° C. in the same mold, and the container formed in the container-molding process has a crystallinity of 18% or more.
ADHESIVES INHIBITING FORMATION OF ARTIFACTS IN POLYMER BASED OPTICAL ELEMENTS
Inhibiting formation of optical artifacts in a multi-layer film polarizer of an optical imaging assembly that includes a polarizing beam splitter. The beam splitter may include a multilayer reflective polarizing film having at least two materials, one of which may exhibit birefringence after uniaxial orientation; an adhesive disposed on the multilayer reflective polarizing film; and at least a first prism disposed on the adhesive. The adhesive may include a plasticizer for inhibiting formation of optical artifacts in the polarizing film.
LIGHTING ASSEMBLY FOR LIGHTING AND/OR SIGNALING IN A MOTOR VEHICLE
A lighting assembly for lighting and/or signaling in a mootor vehicle that palliates the disadvantages resulting from the reflection and focusing of solar rays by focusing means of a lighting module for lighting and/or signaling in a motor vehicle onto a mask disposed under a lighting module. The lighting assembly comprises means for emitting and means for focusing one or more light beams, together with a mask, a part of which extends under the focusing means. A part the mask is transparent to light, so that solar rays reflected and focused by the focusing means onto the mask pass through the transparent part.
CLEAR ALIGNER SET AND ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT METHOD CONSIDERING RESILIENCE OF HUMAN BODY
Provided are a clear aligner set and an orthodontic treatment method considering resilience of a human body. The clear aligner set may include at least one first clear aligner, having a first restoring force to apply a first pressing force to teeth during a first period, and primarily wearable by an orthodontic patient, at least one second clear aligner, having a second restoring force greater than the first restoring force to apply a second pressing force greater than the first pressing force to the teeth during a second period, and secondarily wearable by the orthodontic patient, and at least one third clear aligner, having a third restoring force greater than the second restoring force to apply a third pressing force greater than the second pressing force to the teeth during a third period, and tertiarily wearable by the orthodontic patient.
