A full-depth ultra-thin long-life pavement structure and a construction method thereof are disclosured. The pavement structure is disposed on a subgrade, and the pavement includes from bottom to top: a composite joint layer, a fatigue-resistant layer, a load-bearing layer, a high-strength bonding layer and a skid-resistant wearing layer; the composite joint layer comprises a bottom layer and an upper layer, the bottom layer is a graded gravel layer, and the upper layer is an open-graded large-particle-size water-permeable polyurethane and gravel mixture layer; the fatigue-resistant layer is paved by a skeleton-interlocking structural polyurethane mixture; the load-bearing layer is paved by a suspended-dense typed polyurethane mixture; the high-strength bonding layer is formed by curing a polyurethane-based composite material; the skid-resistant wearing layer is paved by a high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt mixture.

WATERPROOF CORRUGATED PAPER

A waterproof corrugated paper includes a stone paper medium, a stone glue, and at least two stone liner papers. The stone paper medium includes a first fluting surface and a second fluting surface. The stone glue is applied to wave crests of the first fluting surface and wave crests of the second fluting surface. The at least two stone liner papers are respectively attached to the first fluting surface and the second fluting surface by the stone glue applied to the wave crests of the first and second fluting surfaces, thereby allowing the stone paper medium to be located between the at least two stone liner papers. The stone paper medium, the stone glue, and the stone liner papers includes a linear polyolefin plastic material and an inorganic material. The waterproof corrugated paper provided by the present invention is waterproof and frost-resistant, which is adapted to package cooled or frozen food.

WATERPROOF, MOISTURE-PERMEABLE COMPOSITE NON-WOVEN FABRIC ABLE TO BLOCK VIRUSES AND BLOOD

The present invention provides a waterproof, moisture-permeable composite non-woven fabric able to block viruses and blood, and consists of a non-woven fabric, which is provided with two surfaces and has a basic weight of ≤70 g/m.sup.2; and a multi-layer breathable membrane, which is at least a three-layer co-extruded membrane. The basic weight of the multi-layer breathable membrane lies between 5˜30 g/m.sup.2 and is attached to one of the surfaces of the non-woven fabric. A powder in the multi-layer breathable membrane has a percentage by weight of 40˜60% and an extension ratio ≤300%. The present invention has characteristics including a synthetic blood permeability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, a Phi-X17 bacteriophage penetrability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, and a moisture capacity ≥1500 g/m.sup.2.Math.24 hr.

Water-resistant gypsum products may be produced using a novel catalyst that includes calcium aluminate cement and/or calcium sulfoaluminate cement. For example, a water-resistant gypsum panel may have a core comprising: interwoven matrices of calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals and a silicone resin, wherein the interwoven matrices have dispersed throughout them a siloxane polymerization catalyst comprising (a) 55 wt % to 100 wt % calcium aluminate cement and/or calcium aluminate cement and (b) 0 wt % to 45 wt % and magnesium oxide, wherein the weight ratio of the siloxane polymerization catalyst to the calcium sulfate dihydrate is 0.01-5:100. The water-resistant gypsum panel may have an absence of one or more of: Portland cement, limestone, aragonite, calcite, dolomite, and slaked lime.

The granulated pith is disposed within the honeycomb core to increase the resistance to heat flow of the panel. The biodegradable insulating panel has a density no greater than about 300 kg/m.sup.3. A biodegradable insulating package includes a plurality of insulating panels. The biodegradable insulating package is thermally insulating such that a temperature of an item disposed in the package increases no greater than 0.24° C./min (e.g., during ASTM D3103 test).

The present invention discloses a composition for preparing bio-based elastomer film with high moisture permeability, and a bio-based elastomer film and a laminate therefrom, wherein the composition comprises: 5%-95% bio-based elastomer material, 0-80% resin polymer, 0.01-90% inorganic powder material having a particle size within 100 μm and/or organic low molecular material having a molecular weight within 2000 Daltons, and 0-10% organic anti-blocking agent (dispersant). The bio-based elastomer film and laminate of the present invention have excellent moisture permeability and mechanical performance, which can be widely used in various fields including outdoor sporting goods, clothing, medical treatment, food packaging and shoe materials, and which are environmentally friendly and green products.

A COMPOSITE PANEL FOR STRUCTURAL AND DECORATIVE SURFACE

The present invention is enclosed in the area of panels for structural and decorative surfaces, in particular panels containing polymer-based materials, suitable for the coating of surfaces, for example, and containing such polymer-based materials in the respective layers. The present invention may relate to the integration of polymer granules, recycled or unrecycled, being particularly relevant when the granules are obtained from end-of-life polymer-based materials, for instance obtained from car tires into the core of compact laminate boards. It is therefore an object of the present invention a composite panel (100) for structural and decorative surfaces wherein it comprises a core panel, the core panel (10) comprising a mixture of granules of a polymeric material and a bonding element (1), the bonding element providing for the bonding of the granules of a polymeric material. The panel solution (100) of the present invention can be applied to structural and decorative surfaces which have to be resistant to high moisture, such as walls, ceilings or floors of bathrooms, kitchens, locker rooms in public pools and schools, or others, in which prior art boards are over performing and require the use of more complex components.
