METHOD FOR PRODUCING PACKING SHEET WITH IMPROVED INSULATION AND STORAGE PROPERTIES
Provided is a method for producing a packing sheet with improved insulation and storage properties, which can greatly reduce logistics costs by minimizing a volume during storage and transportation and also greatly increase insulation.
SUSTAINABLE AIR CUSHION OR MAILER
A fluid-fillable air cushion or mailer comprising a first layer comprising a repulpable material, a laminate comprising at least two water-soluble material layers, the laminate adjacently affixed to the first layer; and an air fillable portion integral with the laminate, and method of making same are disclosed.
Method of forming a cushioning sheet
A method of forming a cushioning sheet includes forming a plurality of first sockets in a first layer; forming a plurality of second sockets in a second layer, each of the second sockets aligned with a corresponding one of the first sockets; positioning a cushioning insert within a void defined between each corresponding pair of the first and second sockets; and coupling the first layer to the second layer to retain the plurality of cushioning inserts within the voids.
NONLINEAR RHEOLOGY OF ETHYLENE INTERPOLYMER COMPOSITIONS
This disclosure relates to ethylene interpolymer compositions, films prepared therefrom and a nonlinear rheology method capable of determining presence of long-chain branched structures in these ethylene interpolymer compositions. Ethylene interpolymer compositions disclosed herein specifically relates to ethylene interpolymer products having: a dimensionless nonlinear rheology network parameter, ?.sub.int., greater than or equal to 0.01, satisfying 0.01?(Z?48).sup.0.78??.sub.int?0.01?(Z?60).sup.0.78 inequality wherein Z is a normalized molecular weight defined by (I) where Mw and Me are the weight average and entanglement molecular weights; and a residual catalytic metal of from ?0.03 to ?5 ppm of hafnium. The disclosed ethylene interpolymer products have a melt index from about 0.3 to about 500 dg/minute, a density from about 0.855 to about 0.975 g/cc, a polydispersity, M.sub.w/M.sub.n, from about 1.7 to about 25 and a Composition Distribution Breadth Index (CDBI.sub.50) from about 1% to about 98%.
