Screen printing press
A screen printing press includes a base and a clamping mechanism which is connected to the base. The clamping mechanism has a first member, a second member disposed perpendicular to the first member, and an edge. The clamping mechanism has X, Y, and Z axes, The screen has a first surface and a second surface perpendicular to the first surface. A protruding stop is disposed on at least one of the first surface and the second surface. The screen is positioned in the clamping mechanism so that the first surface abuts the first member, the second surface abuts the second member, and the protruding stop abuts the edge. The base includes an open frame which defines a volume which is shaped and dimensioned to receive a burn unit, so that when the burn unit is placed within the volume the burn unit is visible.
HYBRID SILK SCREEN AND DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING MACHINE AND PROCESS
A hybrid printing machine is described having both silk screening stations and a direct-to-garment digital printing station with a raster image processor to control a portion of a printing process.
SCREEN PRINTING DEVICE HAVING A SCREEN PRINTING STENCIL
A screen printing device has a screen printing stencil. At least two doctor blade systems, each acting on the screen printing stencil are provided. The at least two doctor blade systems are arranged to each apply printing ink to an object to be printed in the same printing process. Each of the doctor blade systems has at least one doctor blade. Each of the doctor blades is arranged to sweep over the screen printing stencil. Each of the doctor blade systems is individually controlled by a control unit. The at least one doctor blade of each of the doctor blade systems is moved by a robot. At least respective two-dimensional motion paths of the doctor blades of each doctor blade system are each freely programmed and are established by control of the robot.
Hybrid silk screen and direct-to-garment printing machine and process
A hybrid printing machine is described having both silk screening stations and a direct-to-garment digital printing station with a raster image processor to control a portion of a printing process.
Bag puller release post printing process
A releasing system for a printing machine includes a pallet configured to support a substrate for receiving indicia printed thereon. A layer is disposed intermediate the pallet and the substrate. A releasing station selectively stretches the layer to release a surface of the substrate from a state of adhesion with the pallet.
PRINTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a printing device having a base body, at least one loading station, at least one printing station for printing a print substrate and at least one print substrate support for receiving the print substrate to be printed, wherein the print substrate support can be moved between the stations of the printing device, wherein the base body is configured with a conveyor means, by which the print substrate support can be delivered to the at least one printing station, wherein the conveyor means comprises at least one linear drive, which is configured to move the at least one print substrate support along the base body, wherein the base body is formed with at least one track, along which the print substrate support can be conveyed and wherein the print substrate support engages at least partially above and/or below the track, wherein means for carrying a load of the print substrate support are provided on the base body, into which means the print substrate support engages.
Manually operated collapsable screen printing apparatus
A manually-operated collapsible screen printing apparatus is disclosed that is designed to be a lightweight, transportable, and efficiently print any quantity of high quality prints, among other advantages.
HYBRID SILK SCREEN AND DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING MACHINE AND PROCESS
A hybrid printing machine is described having both silk screening stations and a direct-to-garment digital printing station with a raster image processor to control a portion of a printing process.
Method of imprinting garments
A garment printing machine is provided with a transportable platen that can be utilized to significantly decrease the delay in printing expended in loading and unloading a garment for printing in either a digitized garment printing machine or a screen garment printing machine. The platen is provided with structure that holds a print receiving area of a garment firmly in position atop a print panel support plate that forms a part of the platen. Furthermore, the invention includes a platen support structure that cooperates with the conventional couplings on existing conventional garment printing machines. A plurality of transportable platens constructed according to the invention are utilized interchangeably so that while one garment loaded on one of the platens is being printed upon in the printing machine, the prior garment just printed upon is unloaded and the next garment to be printed is loaded onto another identical platen. This totally avoids any delay in printing due to loading and unloading of garments on the platens.
