FUEL CONNECTION UNIT
A fuel connection unit for a fuel-operated vehicle heater includes a connection unit body (12) to be mounted on a heater body (78). A fuel release line connection area (16) is positioned such that it meshes with or faces an interior (80) of the heater body (78). The fuel release line connection area (16) connects a fuel release line (104), extending in the interior (80), with a fuel feed line connection area (20) to be positioned exposed on an outer side of the heater body (78), for connecting a fuel feed line.
Evaporator burner for a mobile heating unit operated using liquid fuel
An evaporator burner (100) for a mobile heating unit which is operated using liquid fuel is provided, said evaporator burner having: a mixture preparation region (2) for the mixing of fuel with combustion air to form a fuel-air mixture; a fuel feed (1) for feeding liquid fuel to the mixture preparation region (2); a combustion air feed (B) for feeding combustion air to the mixture preparation region (2); at least one evaporation surface (8) to which the liquid fuel is fed and which serves for the evaporation of the liquid fuel; a conversion region (3), positioned downstream of the mixture preparation region (2) in terms of flow, for the conversion of the fuel-air mixture into combustion exhaust gases (A) with a release of heat; and an exhaust-gas recirculation means (10; 210) for the recirculation of combustion exhaust gases (A) into the mixture preparation region (2).
VEHICLE HEATER
A vehicle heater housing (46) has an inlet area (49), an outlet area (51) and an air flow space (47) for air to be heated with a burner chamber assembly unit (30), to be fed with combustion air and fuel. A heat exchanger area (11), including a heat exchanger housing (12), is elongated in the direction of a housing longitudinal axis (L) with an outer side (24) around which air flowing in the air flow space flows. Heat transfer ribs are on a side of the heat exchanger housing. The heater housing has a housing circumferential wall (56) and an outlet front wall area (58). The heat transfer ribs have a longitudinal edge (64) extending along the housing circumferential wall and a radial edge extending along the outlet front wall area. A distance of the radial edge from the outlet front wall area changes from radially outwards to radially inwards.
GEAR PUMP
A gear pump is provided, for example, to convey liquid fuel in a fuel-operated heating apparatus. The gear pump includes a conveying chamber in a pump housing, a housing cover which closes the conveying chamber at least in regions, a conveying gear wheel which in the conveying chamber is rotatable about a rotation axis, a drive shaft which for co-rotation about the rotation axis is coupled to the conveying gear wheel, a first bearing unit for mounting the drive shaft on a first axial side of the conveying gear wheel, and a second bearing unit for mounting the drive shaft on a second axial side of the conveying gear wheel.
POROUS FUEL TREATMENT ELEMENT
A porous fuel treatment element (5) for an evaporation burner is provided, said porous fuel treatment element (5) having at least one first tier (8) of a textile planar structure which is formed from a plurality of fibers. The fibers in the first tier (8) comprise at least two different fiber types (10, 11) which differ in terms of the material, of the cross-sectional profile, of the surface structure, and/or of the thickness.
Heating apparatus
A heating apparatus comprising a tank having a tank inlet, a tank outlet, a heat exchanger inlet and heat exchanger outlet. A heat exchanger is located in the tank and comprises a hollow body having a mouth coupled to the heat exchanger inlet and a flue outlet coupled to the heat exchanger outlet. A burner device has a burner head that is located at least partly located in the mouth inside said hollow body.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER ASSEMBLY UNIT
A combustion chamber assembly unit for a fuel-operated vehicle heater is provided. The combustion chamber assembly includes a combustion chamber housing (12) with a combustion chamber (18), which is defined by a circumferential wall (14) and by a bottom area (16). An oxidation catalytic converter device (54), through which combustion waste gases can flow, is provided downstream in relation to the combustion chamber (18). The combustion chamber assembly further includes a hydrocarbon storage device (74) or/and a nitrogen storage device (76).

COMBUSTION CHAMBER ASSEMBLY UNIT FOR A VAPORIZING BURNER
A combustion chamber assembly unit, for a vaporizing burner, includes a combustion chamber housing with a circumferential wall extending in a direction of a combustion chamber housing longitudinal axis (L) and a bottom area (14), together defining a combustion chamber (16). The bottom area (14) includes an evaporating medium carrier (18) and on a side facing the combustion chamber (16), a porous evaporating medium (20). A first flame diaphragm (36), with a first diaphragm opening (38), is provided on the circumferential wall (12). A second flame diaphragm (40), with a second diaphragm opening (42), is provided at an axial distance to the first flame diaphragm (36) on an axial side facing away from the porous evaporating medium (20). An air admission opening arrangement (44) is provided in the circumferential wall (12) and includes an air admission opening (46) between the first flame diaphragm (36) and the second flame diaphragm (40).
