Door separation device that is used for multi kinds of vehicles
A door separation device that is used for various kinds of vehicles to detach a door that is mounted on a vehicle body through a door hinge in a door separation process may include an upper side gripper and lower side gripper that is respectively on a base frame that can be mounted on an arm end of a robot and is movable in an upper and lower direction, and grips an upper end and a lower end of a door, a moving frame that is disposed on the base frame to be movable in a transfer direction of a vehicle body, and an upper side bolt separation unit and a lower side bolt separation unit that respectively has a pair of motorized runners for separating a bolt that is engaged with a door and an upper side hinge and a lower side hinge of a vehicle body.
Component arrangement and method for producing the component arrangement
A component arrangement includes a first sheet metal profile part and a second sheet metal profile, each first and second profile parts having respective flanges and being arranged relative to each other so that the respective flanges overlap, wherein the first and second profile parts are connected to each at the respective flanges via a laser welding connection, which extends over a welding seam length, wherein the laser welding connection is formed by at least two welding seams which extend parallel and at a distance to each other.
Vehicle door
A door assembly for a vehicle is provided. The door assembly includes an inner panel and an outer panel which are joined together to define a central space therebetween. The central space has a front which faces towards the front of a vehicle and a back which faces towards a back of the vehicle. Both the inner and outer panels are made of aluminum, and at least one reinforcement beam made of steel is disposed in the central space between the aluminum inner and outer panels to provide the door assembly with increased impact resistance.
DOOR ASSEMBLY WITH COLLAPSIBLE CARRIER AND WATER SHIELD
A door assembly for a motor vehicle comprised of an outer door panel and an inner door panel interconnected to define a door panel structure having an internal door cavity. A collapsible carrier module is configured to be oriented in a collapsed arrangement to facilitate installation into the door cavity through an opening in the inner door panel. The collapsible carrier module can be moved from its collapsed arrangement into an expanded arrangement upon installation within the door cavity to facilitate subsequent mounting to the door panel structure. The collapsible carrier module includes a barrier configured to close off the opening in the inner panel.
Door structure for vehicle
A door structure includes (i) a door panel including a first wall provided with a hinge member, a second wall, and a first bent part provided between the first wall and the second wall, (ii) a first reinforcing plate including a first part joined to the first wall, a second part joined to the second wall, and a corner part provided between the first part and the second part, and (iii) a second reinforcing plate including a third part joined to the first part, a fourth part joined to the second part, and an intermediate part provided between the third part and the fourth part. The first reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate are configured such that a closed space is provided between the first reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate.
DOOR STRUCTURE OF AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE
Vertical frame portions provided at both side portions of a door frame are a light-metal casting, plural connecting frames, which are a light-meal hollow extrusion molding, connect the vertical frame portions, the vertical frame portions are provided with protrusion portions which engage with inward connecting frames in a longitudinal direction, plural attachment portions which attach the outward connecting frames and the vertical frame portion are provided at different points in the longitudinal direction, and an outward connecting frame is provided with an upper rib which engages with an engagement recess portion provided at an upper portion of a door outer panel formed in a non-planar shape.
VEHICLE DOOR FRAME
A vehicle door frame includes a pillar, a frame molding, and a welded part. The pillar has a first abutting surface and a first outer surface. The upper frame has a second abutting surface and a second outer surface. The frame molding extends along the upper frame to cover an outside of the upper frame in the lateral direction of a vehicle, and has an inner surface facing the first outer surface and the second outer surface with a gap. The welded part is located at a boundary between the first outer surface and the second outer surface, extends along the first abutting surface and the second abutting surface, faces the inner surface, and bonds the pillar and the upper frame together.
Door structure
A door structure includes an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel is formed from a panel inner member located on an inner side of a vehicle interior and a panel outer member located on an outer side of the vehicle interior. A sealing member which comes into contact with an A pillar serving as a body side member and isolates the inner side of the vehicle interior from the outer side of the vehicle interior is attached to the panel inner member at an overlap portion serving as a junction between the panel outer member and the panel inner member.
Fixed Window Assembly For A Vehicle And Method Of Manufacturing Same
The subject invention includes a fixed window assembly for a vehicle comprising a fixed glass, a trim portion having a polymeric base and a decorative member bonded to the polymeric base. An encapsulation is coupled to the fixed glass and the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in a spaced and adjacent position relative to the fixed glass. A method of manufacturing is also provided using first and second molding apparatuses. Polymeric material is injected into a first mold cavity of the first molding apparatus to form the polymeric base bonded to the decorative member. Polymeric material is injected into a second mold cavity of the second molding apparatus to form the encapsulation coupled to the fixed glass and simultaneously coupled to the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in an adjacent position to the fixed glass.
Method for manufacturing light-reflection aluminum door frame molding
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a light-reflection aluminum door frame molding which comprises a multi-coating-applied aluminum material to thereby improve corrosion resistance and reduce costs. A method for manufacturing a light-reflection aluminum door frame molding includes cutting a metallic plate into a predetermined size, performing anodizing on the metallic plate to form an oxidized film on a surface thereof, performing opaque clear coating and transparent coating on the metallic plate to implement light reflection, and performing press molding on the metallic plate to provide the metallic plate in the shape of a door frame molding.
