Encapsulation assembly for automotive glass
The present disclosure relates to an encapsulation assembly for automotive glass including first glass, an encapsulation component, a plastic guiding rail, a sealing strip, and a decorative layer. Second glass is slidably connected in the plastic guiding rail. One end of the plastic guiding rail is fixedly connected to an edge of the first glass by means of integrally injection-molding the encapsulation component. The other end of the plastic guiding rail is provided with a guiding groove for guiding sliding of the second glass. The guiding groove includes an upper wall and a lower wall opposite to each other. The sealing strip is fixed between the upper wall and the lower wall. The second glass and the sealing strip slidably cooperate. A side of the plastic guiding rail facing outside of a vehicle is provided with the decorative layer by injection molding.
OPENING TRIM WEATHER STRIP
An opening trim weather strip is attached to a flange of an opening of a vehicle body via a mounting base portion with a substantially U-shaped cross section including a vehicle outer side wall, a vehicle inner side wall, and a bottom wall connecting the vehicle outer side wall and the vehicle inner side wall. The opening trim whether strip includes a hollow seal portion integrated with the vehicle outer side wall of the mounting base portion, and a cover lip extending vehicle-inward from the bottom wall of the mounting base portion. A separate type or wire type insert is embedded in the mounting base portion. A tip part of the cover lip is provided with a tip thick walled portion which bulges toward the vehicle inner side wall side.
Glass plate module
A glass plate module according to the present invention is a glass plate module to be attached at a position adjacent to a door of a vehicle that can be opened and closed, and the glass plate module includes a glass plate, a window assembly that is fixed to a peripheral edge of the glass plate, and a molding portion that includes a tubular molding portion main body provided with a through hole extending along the window assembly, and is fixed to the window assembly. The molding portion main body is configured to come into contact with a portion of the closed door.

Clipless Hood Seal
A seal includes a base portion, a first retaining member extending from the base portion, and a second retaining member extending from the base portion. Each of the first and second retaining members is structured to be resiliently deflectable with respect to the base portion. A portion of the first retaining member extends opposite the base portion so as to define a first cavity therebetween. A portion of the second retaining member extends opposite the base portion so as to define a second cavity therebetween. The first cavity has an open side opening in a first direction toward the second cavity, and the second cavity has an open side opening in a second direction toward the first cavity.
HYDROPHOBIC AUTOMOBILE RUBBER SEAL STRIP FLOCKING BELT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
This application discloses a hydrophobic automobile rubber seal strip flocking belt and a preparation method thereof. The flocking belt includes a flocking belt film, flocking belt glue, villi and flocking paint. The flocking glue is roller-coated or sprayed on the flocking film to form a flocking glue layer, and the villi is implanted on the flocking glue layer by high voltage static electricity in electrostatic chamber. The flocking paint is roller-coated or sprayed on the villi to form a flocking coating which includes fluorosilicone modified waterborne polyurethane resin, polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion, organic molybdenum, organic silicon, curing agent and solvent. The flocking belt described in this application is installed in a guide groove of the automobile glass, which is enabled to solve the problem of abnormal sounds caused by rising and falling of glass of automobile windows. In addition, the flocking coating feels soft and smooth.
