METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SEAT SUPPORT ELEMENT
A seat support element having an outer layer that includes an outer surface and an inner surface, a synthetic skin extending over the inner surface of the outer layer, and a first foam layer extending over the synthetic skin. A method of forming the seat support element includes the following steps: forming the outer layer by applying at least one layer of paint against a first forming surface of a forming tool, applying the synthetic skin against the inner surface of the outer layer, and applying the first foam layer against an inner surface of the synthetic skin.
Vehicle seat back and method of manufacturing the same
A vehicle seat back may include an integrated suspension structure including a suspension wire and suspension mounting guides coupled to both sides of the suspension wire; and a seat back pad foamed for integrating with the integrated suspension structure in a state in which the integrated suspension structure is inserted into a mold for seat back pad formation.
Flexible heat exchanger for thermal control of seating surfaces
The present invention comprises a flexible heat exchange assembly for heating and thermal control the surface of a seat that is designed to prevent the blockage of fluid flow due to the pressure of an occupant's weight, which generally consists of formed layers that create passages through which a heat exchange fluid flows. The upper surface seat cushioning material is formed such that there are recesses into which these fluid passages rest, thereby preventing the blockage of fluid flow when the pressure from the weight of an occupant deforms the cushion.
SEAT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A seat device for a vehicle includes a seat cushion, a slow deformation portion, and a rearward-tilt member. An occupant in the vehicle is to be seated on the seat cushion. The slow deformation portion is disposed in at least a portion of the seat cushion and is configured in such a manner that deformation of the deformation portion proceeds as a result of a load to be applied continuously to the slow deformation portion. The rearward-tilt member is disposed in a load direction in an inner portion of the slow deformation portion. When the slow deformation portion is deformed by the load, the rearward-tilt member is tilted rearward from its position before the load is applied.
SEAT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A seat device for a vehicle includes a seat cushion, a slow deformation portion, and tilted standing members. An occupant in the vehicle is to be seated on the seat cushion. The deformation portion is disposed in at least a portion of the seat cushion and configured in such a manner that the deformation portion is deformed as a result of a load to be applied continuously to the deformation portion. The standing members stand in a load direction in an inner portion of the deformation portion and configured to be tilted as a result of the deformation of the deformation portion. When the outer and inner portions of the deformation portion are deformed by the load, the standing members in the outer and inner portions and the standing members in the inner portion are tilted respectively forward and rearward, from their respective positions before the load is applied.
HOT MELT TAPE FOR HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENERS WITHOUT SEWING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEAT PADDING MATERIAL FOR VEHICLES USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a hot melt tape for hook-and-loop fasteners without sewing which may be adhered at a low temperature and complete hardening of an adhesive resin in a short time and a method for manufacturing a seat padding material for vehicles using the same. The method includes preparing the padding material and a hook-and-loop fabric, preparing a hot melt tape having a hot melt resin layer by coating a surface of a release paper with a reactive hot melt resin having a melting point of 40-80° C. before reacting, adhering the hot melt tape to a surface of the padding material by applying heat of a temperature of 30-70° C. and pressure thereto, removing the release paper, adhering the hook-and-loop fabric to the exposed hot melt resin layer, and hardening the hot melt resin layer by cooling the padding material and the hook-and-loop fabric to a temperature of 0-20° C.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS
A child safety seat, including a headrest frame assembly and a seat frame assembly The seat frame assembly is matedly connected with the headrest frame assembly. The headrest frame assembly includes a headrest frame, an inner wall of the headrest frame is provided with a headrest polyurethane soft foam, the headrest polyurethane soft foam extends toward an outer wall of both sides of the headrest frame to form an everted rim, and the outer wall of the said headrest frame is provided with a headrest shell. The seat frame assembly includes a seat frame, an inner wall of the seat frame is provided with a seat polyurethane soft foam, the seat polyurethane soft foam extends toward an outer wall of both sides of the seat frame to form an everted rim, and the outer wall of the seat frame is provided with a seat shell.
FIREPROOF BUFFERING STRUCTURE, SUPPORTING CUSHION APPARATUS AND CHILD SAFETY CAR SEAT THEREWITH
A fireproof buffering structure includes a buffering plate and a fireproof plate attached thereto. A combustion rate of the fireproof plate is lower than that of the buffering plate. In contrast to conventional buffering structures, the fireproof buffering structure adopts the combined buffering plate and fireproof plate. The buffering plate has good impact absorbing capacity for providing a soft and comfortable seating environment and buffering and protection effects during a crash accident, and the fireproof plate can reduce the combustion rate of the integral structure when catching fire. Therefore, the fireproof buffering structure achieves the purposes of safety and comfort. The present application further discloses a supporting cushion apparatus which includes a covering member and the aforementioned fireproof buffering structure accommodated therein. The present application further discloses a child safety car seat which includes the aforementioned fireproof buffering structure and the supporting cushion apparatus.
Clip for fastening a seat cover to a foam part of a seat cushion, foaming tool, production arrangement, and method for producing a foam part of a seat cushion
