It is provided that the prefabricated shaped nonwoven (12-1) has at least one locally situated open cavity (12-11) which at least in sections is filled with foam, so that the foam part (12-2) has a foam-embedded supporting and reinforcing structure at least in one section (11B) of the cavity (12-11).
