Motor vehicle armrest
A motor vehicle armrest includes an armrest body that is disposed on at least one side in a vehicle-width direction of a seat cushion so as to support of an arm of an occupant. The armrest body has an inflation portion that is inflated toward the occupant in the vehicle-width direction so as to support the occupant in the vehicle-width direction.
Opening/closing device
An opening/closing device includes a fixed member, an opening/closing member, and a hinge device. The fixed member has inside wall sections and pin insertion holes. The opening/closing member has outside wall sections and pin supporting holes. The hinge device has a case that is inserted and held between the inside wall sections, pressing members that are disposed inside the case and are capable of rotating, a spring disposed between the pressing members, and pin members that are inserted through the pin supporting holes and the pin insertion holes and engage with the pressing members. The pin members are inserted through the pin supporting holes and the pin insertion holes from the outside of the outside wall sections.
Sleep apparatus
A sleep apparatus includes: a mat main body portion configured to support a user in a supine state; and a tilting mechanism that, at the mat main body portion, periodically tilts a body of a user left and right, by alternately raising a right side supporting portion, which includes portions supporting a right-side hipbone and a right-side shoulder blade of a user, and a left side supporting portion, which includes portions supporting a left-side hipbone and a left-side shoulder blade of a user.
ARMREST ASSEMBLY WITH ARMREST MOVEABLE BETWEEN EGRESS POSITION AND USE POSITION AND VEHICLE SEAT WITH MOVEABLE ARMREST
An armrest assembly for connection to a seat cushion assembly, the armrest assembly may have an armrest body, an armrest support supporting the armrest body, an armrest positioning device, a backrest connection interface for connection with a backrest frame and an actuator for actuating the movement between a down position and an up position of the armrest body. A vehicle seat may have the seat cushion assembly, a backrest having the backrest frame, a base backrest pivot connection between the seat base and the backrest pivotably connecting the seat base to the backrest and the armrest assembly connected to the seat cushion assembly.
SECURED FOLD-OUT COMPONENT OR SECURED ARMREST
A fold-out component body (1), in particular an armrest of a vehicle seat, can be rotated about an axis of rotation (4) from a stowage position (9) into a usage position (10). In the event of an accident, the fold-out component (1) can be secured in the stowage position thereof by a locking element (2).
Shared Armrest
A shared armrest includes two armrest members which are each configured for supporting a person's arm. The shared armrest is configured so that at least one of the armrest members is displaceable between an undivided condition and a split condition. In the undivided condition the armrest members are substantially together. In the split condition the armrest members diverge relative to each other with respective distal ends of the armrest members spaced apart from each other.
VEHICLE COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A VEHICLE COMPONENT
A vehicle component, in particular an arm rest, includes a structural part and a cladding element that at least partially surrounds the structural part. The structural part is at least partially covered by a protective device.
Convertible seating unit
A convertible seating unit (10, 12, 14, 50a, 50b, 54a, 58a, 58b, 62a, 62b) has at least one convertible seat (20, 56b, 60b, 64b, 80) with a back (30,86) and a bottom (32, 84). The back (30,86) and bottom (32, 84) may be positioned relative to each other in a first configuration to form a passenger seat. The back (30,86) and the bottom (32, 84) may also be positioned relative to each other in a second configuration to expose a space (48,88) accessible from behind and below the convertible seat (20, 56b, 60b, 64b, 80).
OCCUPANT PROTECTION APPARATUS
An occupant protection apparatus includes: a vehicle seat arranged in an inner space of a side wall of a vehicle; a side airbag device provided in the side wall or the vehicle seat and including a side airbag to be inflated and deployed between the side wall and the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat includes: a pressure-receiving portion to receive a load from an occupant seated on the vehicle seat; and a frame to support the pressure-receiving portion. The occupant protection apparatus further comprising an electronic control circuit configured to perform moving the pressure-receiving portion so that the occupant is pushed away from the side wall before the occupant comes into contact with the side airbag at an activation time when the side airbag device is activated by an impact acting on the side wall from an outside of the vehicle and the side airbag is inflated and deployed.
Seat unit, vehicle, and conveyance seat
The time required to complete current-to-target state transitions of a plurality of movable portions constituting a seat is shortened. A seat unit 1 includes an occupant support portion S1, a plurality of movable mechanisms respectively moving a plurality of parts constituting the occupant support portion S1, and an ECU 40 controlling respective operations of the plurality of movable mechanisms. The ECU 40 causes each of the plurality of movable mechanisms to undergo a transition from a current state to a target state and the plurality of movable mechanisms have a first movable mechanism requiring a longest time for the transition. The ECU 40 causes the transitions of the plurality of movable mechanisms other than the first movable mechanism to be completed by completion of the transition of the first movable mechanism from the current state to the target state.
