The present disclosure provides for various objects (weights, playing apparatuses, balls, clothing, etc.) that have liquid disposed in them to assist in building and strengthening small muscle fibers and/or nerves. The various objects can include weights, playing apparatuses such as objects that can be swung in sports, balls, and clothing or other objects that can be worn by humans or other animals. The objects include fluid paths and re-directions walls disposed within the fluid paths to direct fluid flow to particular areas within the objects. The designated areas to where fluid flow is directed aid in development of small muscle fibers and/or nerves due to the fluid sloshing around at those particular locations. Methods of making and using the various objects disclosed are also provided.

Disclosed herein is an educational golf club comprising a shaft and a head, wherein the shaft has a weight increasing means disposed therein. The educational golf club according to the present invention is in a wide use since being adjusted in weight or length according to the user's height or age. Additionally, the educational golf club according to the present invention generates a hitting sound from the shaft realistically when the user hits the golf ball to arouse interest in golf.

A movable insert is configured for projectile movement through the hollow interior in which, during a desired swing of the device, a longitudinal axis of the movable insert is substantially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the hollow interior. During an undesired swing of the device, the longitudinal axis of the movable insert rotates out of alignment with the longitudinal axis of the hollow interior.

At least one slidably received weight is in the hollow tube with the weight disposed to move from the proximal end to the distal end when the flexible swing stick is swung through a range of motion.
