Micro-adjustment device for lighting modules
A device for micro-adjustment of a lighting module has a first end including a thread to be driven into a surface of the lighting module. A second end of the device includes a micro-adjustment thread for attachment of a nut. A flange is positioned between the thread of the first end and the micro-adjustment adjustment thread of the second end. The device also includes a driving feature positioned between the flange and the micro-adjustment adjustment thread. The driving feature has an outer diameter that is smaller than an outer diameter of the flange.
VEHICLE LAMP
A vehicle lamp includes a lamp body, a lamp unit and a leveling actuator. The lamp unit is supported to the lamp body to be aimable in an upper and lower direction and in a right and left direction. The leveling actuator rotates the lamp unit in the upper and lower direction independently from rotation by the aiming. An aiming nut is mounted to the aiming screw and threadably engaged with the aiming screw. The leveling actuator comprises an actuator main body fixed and supported to the lamp unit and an output shaft member supported to the actuator main body to be moveable in the front and rear direction of the lamp. The output shaft member is disposed to protrude upward or downward from the actuator main body and is coupled to the aiming nut at a leading end portion of the output shaft member.
Angle coupling
An angular coupling for fastening a first component, especially a mounting part in a vehicle, to a second component, especially a vehicle body, which comprises a coupling bolt with a head and a coupling socket in which the coupling bolt can be pivoted in a plane angle portion while the head of the coupling bolt is locked releasably or not releasably. The coupling socket comprises an arch with a push-in opening, a fastening collar surrounding the push-in opening having a not round shape with a longitudinal axis and a shorter transverse axis, wherein the arch encloses a pivoting plane generated by the longitudinal axis of the push-in opening and the push-in direction, which defines a variable angular orientation of the lockable coupling bolt in a plane angle portion which is limited at the maximum by an inner wall of the arch.
ADJUSTER EXTENDER MECHANISM
An adjuster extender is provided that includes a tubular sleeve longitudinally connected to an extender stud, the sleeve having an inner bore for matingly receiving an adjustment shaft of an adjuster to provide radial support therebetween, and a plurality of engagement arms that extend from the sleeve into the inner bore, the engagement arms including arm ends for engaging an adjuster stud on the adjustment shaft to provide an axial interlock between the sleeve and the adjustment shaft.
LOBED INPUT SHAFT ADJUSTER
An adjuster mechanism includes a housing having a neck and an adjustment shaft extending from the housing. The adjustment shaft is engageable in a reflector of a headlamp. An input shaft extends through the neck of the housing and rotation thereof causes movement of the adjustment shaft. At least one lobe is situated on the input shaft so as to create a non-circular interference fit that establishes a resistance to rotation of the input shaft.
LIGHT MODULE FASTENING ASSEMBLY
A snap wedge assembly is provided that includes a ball stud having a ball end configured for engagement with a light module, and an insert coupled with the ball stud, the insert comprising an insert first end and an insert second end, a plurality of wedges, each having wedge side surfaces and a wedge top surface that extend longitudinally from the insert first end towards the insert second end, wherein the wedge top surface tapers outward as it extends towards the ball end, and a plurality of snap fingers, the snap fingers each including an elongated flexible portion and a latching portion.
FIXING MEMBER, SELF-ALIGNING BEARING MECHANISM, ACTUATOR, AND LAMP
An actuator includes: an output unit 30 having an output shaft 33; and a first worm 40 and a second worm 50 extending along a face perpendicular to the output shaft 33, wherein: the output unit 30 includes a rotating mechanism 34a configured to be meshed with the first worm 40 to rotate the output shaft 33 about a predetermined rotation axis 33a, and a moving mechanism 39 configured to be meshed with the second worm 50 to move the output shaft 33 in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis 33a; the first worm 40 and the second worm 50 are placed to sandwich the output shaft 33; and a distance between the second worm 50 and the output shaft 33 is shorter than a distance between the first worm 40 and the output shaft 33.
ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY FOR LIGHT EQUIPMENT
An adjustment assembly to support vehicle lights including a bracket that supports the vehicle lights with a plurality of bracket housings, a support structure that articulatably supports the bracket with a plurality of support housings, a plurality of sockets that is inserted into the plurality of bracket housings. Each socket of the plurality of sockets having a cavity seat, and a cavity sink that opens on the cavity seat, and a connector that articulatably connects the bracket and the socket. Each connector of the plurality of connectors having a connector body, a connector neck that protrudes from the connector body, and a connector head that surmounts the connector neck, wherein the connector head is manually insertable into the cavity seat to provide an articulation point, the neck articulates within the cavity sink through the articulation point, and the connector body is manually insertable into each support housing.
