FLEX-RESISTANT SHIELDED COMPOSITE CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS
A flex-resistant shielded composite cable includes a plurality of electric wires, a shielding layer and a tubular sheath. Each of the electric wires includes a conductor part which is composed of a twisted wire, which is formed by twisting a plurality of strands having a diameter of 0.05 mm or more and 0.12 mm or less, a nominal sectional area of the conductor being 8 sq or more, a covering part covering the conductor part. The shielding layer is formed of a braid formed by braiding plated fiber formed by performing metal-plating on anti-tension fiber and covers outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires. The tubular sheath is provided on the outer periphery of the shielding layer and made of an insulating resin.
Electrical interconnect system for an electric vehicle
A modular electrical interconnect system for coupling electrical components of an electric vehicle. The interconnects include connectors configured to be coupled to one another to form a bus.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISTRIBUTION OF POWER IN A MARINE VESSEL, ATVS, AND VEHICLES
A system for power distribution including a first connection and a second connection each connected respectively to be a first multi connector cable and a second multi connector cable; said second multi connector cable being split into a set of two distinct wires with each distinct wire including a circuit protector, wherein each of the first multi connector cable and the second multi connector cable are ultimately connected respectively to a third connection and a fourth connection, and a fifth connection and a sixth connection.
WIRE HARNESS UNIT
A wire harness unit including: a conductive path for conducting electricity between in-vehicle devices, the conductive path including a conductive hollow tubular conductor, a flexible conductor that is more flexible than the tubular conductor, and a terminal; and a cooling tube through which a coolant is flowable for cooling the conductive path and that is separate from the tubular conductor, wherein: the tubular conductor is more rigid than the cooling tube, the flexible conductor includes a first end that is electrically connected to the tubular conductor, and a second end that is electrically connected to the terminal, and the cooling tube extends through the tubular conductor, and further extends through the flexible conductor between the first end and the second end of the flexible conductor.
AUTOMOBILE POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
An automobile power supply device includes plate-shaped metal wirings and configured to supply electric power from a battery that is installed in an engine room of a vehicle body to a vehicle interior.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes an exterior member having a tube shape. The exterior member includes a flexible tube part formed in a flexible bellows tube shape and a straight tube part. The straight tube part is formed continuously with the flexible tube part so as to arrange the conductive path straight and has a non-bellows tube shape. A continuous portion between the flexible tube part and the straight tube part includes a tapered portion formed in a whole peripheral direction of the exterior member so as to reduce stress concentration in the continuous portion. An inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion include slopes connecting a top of a bellows projection of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part, or connecting a groove bottom of a bellows recess of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part.
CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS
A cable includes a plurality of electric wires, and a tape member spirally wound around an assembled article that is formed by twisting the plurality of electric wires. The thickness of the tape member is not less than 0.028 mm and not more than 0.090 mm, a width of the tape member is not less than 18 mm and not more than 35 mm, the tape member is spirally wound with an overlap of not less than ¼ and not more than ½ of the width thereof, and a tensile strength of the tape member is different between the longitudinal direction and the width direction and is smaller in the width direction than in the longitudinal direction.
MOBILE ROBOT
A mobile robot includes a driver configured to provide a traveling function, a body disposed at an upper side of the driver, and formed to include an inclined surface protruding downward at front and rear surfaces thereof, a body frame disposed in the body, and one pair of displays coupled to the body frame, and disposed at front and rear surfaces of the body. The body frame includes body profiles disposed at left and right sides of the body frame, and formed to extend in a vertical direction, and display supports fixed to the body profiles to extend in forward and backward directions, and respectively coupled to the pair of the displays.
Wire harness
A wire harness includes a wire portion formed by arranging three wires in the same direction, the respective wires having conductors and insulators coating outer circumferences of the conductors, and a braided wire. The three wires of the wire portion and the braided wire are disposed such that the braided wire is interposed between two wires of the wire portion adjacent to each other along a circumferential direction around a central axial line of the wire portion on a cross section of the wire harness when viewed from an axial direction along the central axial line, on a side of the central axial line from outer circumferential-side tangents connecting the conductors of the two wires.
