A massage and stretch bench includes: a body with a top plate and a plurality of supports, the top plate including a first positioning hole opening in a vertical direction, and each of the supports being mounted on the bottom surface and provided with an opening; a baseplate inserted along the horizontal direction into the openings of the plurality of supports and having a second positioning hole which is aligned with the first positioning hole and opens in the vertical direction; an upright post inserted along the vertical direction into the first and second positioning holes; and a footrest including a first footrest piece, a second footrest piece and two connecting pieces connected between the first and second footrest pieces so as to define a baseplate-insertion slot which opens in the horizontal direction, and the baseplate is inserted in the baseplate-insertion slot.

The present invention is a modular exercise system made up of two handles, a segmented track, and two or more sliding carriages. An exercise apparatus for use with a bed. The exercise apparatus may be configured with a base and a rod. The base is held in place by a leg of the headboard or a leg of the bed frame. The rod connects to the base and the rod extends through a space between the mattress and the headboard above a top surface of the mattress. A hip-stretching device includes a mat having an upper surface. The mat is configured for placement on a support surface to support a back of a subject lying in a supine position on the upper surface of the mat. The hip-stretching device includes first and second pockets associated with the mat. The first and second pockets each have an opening configured to removably receive an inflatable bladder for selectively placing the inflatable bladder in one of the first and second pockets. The first and second pockets each position an inflatable bladder received therein under a hip area of the subject when the subject is lying in the supine position on the upper surface of the mat. Inflation of the inflatable bladder imparts a force to the hip area of the subject to elevate the hip area to provide a hip flexor stretch to the subject.

A wearable anchor having a support base, a locking mechanism, and a securing strap and which can be used to mechanically fix a therapy device a desired position relative to a user while performing desired therapy motions. The support base defines an arcuate body suitable to be placed against the thigh of the user, with the securing strap operating to hold it against the user's thigh. The locking mechanism employs a pair of slots positioned above the support base. In this regard, the locking mechanism provides a securing structure to which the cords can be fastened to, thereby allowing the therapy device to be fixed in place without requiring that the user manually hold the therapy device in place. As such, the user can more easily perform therapy motions which require the that the therapy device be held in place, such as static progressive stretch therapy motions.
