Container Content Alignment Apparatus and System
A container content apparatus comprises two inserts. Each insert comprises a top portion, a bottom portion, and two side flaps. Each top portion comprises a die cut handle. The apparatus is adapted to be inserted into an inside of a container adjacent to interior walls of the container. An area defined by the inserts is adapted to receive a stack of media. When the inserts are removed via the handles, a gap or space exists between the outer edges of the stack and the interior walls of the container providing automatic alignment of the stack centered on the inside of the container and providing proper alignment to feed the stack directly from the container to an infeed of a printer.
BOX BLANKS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Box blanks, bag-in-box systems, and methods for forming bag-in-box systems from box blanks. The box blanks (100) include portions and flaps configured to fold and interlock with each other so as to improve structural integrity and reduce lateral deformation, have cross-corrugation and simplified fabrication, and have fewer or no internal edges or corners that may jeopardize the integrity of a bag of liquid or pourable powder contained therein.
CARTON WITH INTEGRAL HANDLE AND PACKAGE
A package includes a carton (10) and a plurality of articles (B). The carton includes carton walls (14, 16, 26b/30b) and at least one handle structure (HA2) formed from at least one (26b/30b) of the carton walls. The at least one handle structure includes a tab (44b) formed from the at least one of the carton walls. The tab is hingedly connected, by a hinged connection (42b), to the at least one of the carton walls and arranged to fold at least in part about an article disposed within the carton to form at least a portion of a handle opening (40b) so as to allow a user (U) to grasp a portion of the article and the carton disposed adjacent to the article.
METHOD FOR FORMING REINFORCED POLYGONAL CONTAINERS FROM BLANKS
A method of forming a container from a blank of sheet material using a machine is provided. The method includes forming a corner wall by folding a first pair of a plurality of reinforcing panels inwardly towards a respective side panel and into face-to-face contact with a second pair of the plurality of reinforcing panels, rotating the side panels and end panels to be substantially perpendicular to a bottom panel such that an interior surface of at least one reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels is in contact with an interior surface of the first side panel, and coupling at least one other reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels to one of the end panels to form the container.
Carton and carton blank
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton (90) for packaging one or more articles (B). The carton (90) comprises a plurality of panels (12, 14, 16, 18) for forming a tubular structure. The plurality of panels comprises: a first side wall panel (12); a first end wall panel (14); a second side wall panel (16); and a second end wall panel (18). A first handle structure (H) is defined in a first one of the plurality of panels (12). The first handle structure (H) comprises a severance line (60) defining at least in part a handle opening. A first end closure panel (22b) forms, at least in part, a top wall (22b/24b/26b/28b) which at least partially closes an upper end of the tubular structure and is hingedly connected to the first one of the plurality of panels (12) by a first hinged connection (23b).
Balanced process for extrusion of plastic corrugated sheet and subsequent converting into plastic boxes
The invention is directed to a balanced process for extrusion of a plastic corrugated sheet or blanks, and subsequent converting of the blanks into plastic boxes. The process includes conveying the blanks to a plurality of forming stations for incrementally forming features on the blank needed for forming a box. The present process is performed at a slower speed than typical paper corrugated forming.
Method and blank configuration for forming a ready to display tray
A blank for forming a closed box for shipping and for permitting separation of one portion of the closed box from another portion of the closed box to form a tray for displaying product is provided. The blank includes a bottom part, a back part and a top part. The blank may include three distinct tear lines. One of the tear lines is located on the back part, and two of the tear lines are located on the bottom part.
Cardboard Box Assembly
A cardboard box assembly includes a box that is comprised of a corrugated cardboard material thereby facilitating the box to be filled with products or produce for shipping. The box includes a lid portion that is removable from the box for accessing an interior of the box. The lid portion has indicia printed thereon comprising a logo of a company. A plurality of mating members is each coupled to the lid portion. Each of the mating members engages a support surface to display the lid portion and the indicia on the support surface for ornamental purposes.
CARTON, BLANK, AND METHOD OF FOLDING
A carton defines a bottom wall, a first side wall coupled to the bottom wall, a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall and coupled to the bottom wall, a first end wall coupled to both the bottom wall and first and second side walls, and a second end wall disposed opposite the first end wall and coupled to both the bottom wall and the first and second side walls. The carton is formed from a blank having a first side and a second side disposed opposite said first side. The first side defines the interior surface of the bottom wall and the interior and exterior surfaces of the first and second side walls and the first and second end walls.
Container for use with transportable materials
A container with integrated handles provides an alternative to other containers handling materials. In some embodiments, the container includes an outer surface that encloses a cavity; a first face internal to the container; a second face internal to the container; a third face internal to the container; a fourth face internal to the container; an integrated handle including a first aperture disposed in the first face internal to the container and a second aperture disposed in the second face internal to the container and proximate to the first aperture; and an internal support disposed in the cavity, wherein the internal support traverses the cavity of the container to form a handle cavity by extending from the first face internal to the container to one or more faces internal to the container, wherein the internal support includes a handle cavity flap, a first binder flap, and a second binder flap.
