Stable fishing raft
10293897 · 2019-05-21 ·

A stable fishing raft that is easily transportable to the water without a trailer and has a deck large enough to easily and securely carry fishing gear. The deck and bottom are flat, and the sides are perpendicular to the deck and bottom. The deck is connected to the bottom at the bow and stern with a circular arc. The core of the raft is a buoyant foam, preferably polyurethane, and covered in a water-resistant resin, preferably polyethylene. The raft is steerable and propelled by paddle or trolling motor that attaches to a removable motor mount. In a preferred embodiment the raft has a recessed accessory track and a series of recessed rings on the deck to receive the bottom edge of a bucket and hold it in place as a seat. Rafts can be joined together with couplers.

A watercraft includes a chassis, a drive, a hydrofoil and a drive transfer arm. The drive is operatively connected to a first end of the drive transfer arm. The hydrofoil is pivotably connected to a second end of the drive transfer arm. The watercraft is configured such that operation of the drive causes the hydrofoil to oscillate, to provide thrust. The hydrofoil is pivotably connected to the second end of the drive transfer arm with an adjustable connection mechanism. The adjustable connection mechanism is such that the distance between a leading edge of the hydrofoil and a rotational axis of a pivoting connection point to the drive transfer arm is adjustable.

Floating bar apparatus

A recreational floating bar apparatus capable of carrying beverages including liquor bottles and drinking vessels having a floatable base. A liquor bottle rack can extend upward from the floatable base, the liquor bottle rack having at least two compartments, each compartment sized to receive one of the liquor bottles. A plurality of drinking vessel retainers can be positioned on the floatable base about the liquor bottle rack. The plurality of drinking vessel retainers can include a first set of drinking vessel retainers having a first size, and a second set of drinking vessel retainers having a second size. The apparatus can be used to store relatively large amounts of beverages to help reduce the need for a user to exit the water to retrieve more beverages.

Water Craft, Ground Tent, Tree Tent Combination

A tent is designed for use in the air, connected at its vertices to trees or the like. The tent is further designed with enough support from an independent support structure to create a shelter there-in while in the air or on the ground. Further, the tent is built atop a floating mat or base. In order to provide enough strength to the base that it can be used to float the entire tent or hold the tent airborne, straps extend from each vertex of the mat through a central portal and connect back to themselves. From these straps, loops are further created to attach the tent, by way of the loops, to trees while the entirety of the mat is buoyant enough to hold the tent and people there-in afloat.

A tow rope management system for managing a tow rope attached to a mounting point on a tower of a boat, the tow rope management system includes: a first arm pivotally associated with the tower adjacent the mounting point on the tower of the boat, the first arm pivotable along a horizontal axis between a first stowed position and a second deployed position, the first arm biased towards the first position; an elongate guide member supported adjacent the first arm at a first end of the guide, the guide extending to a second end that is distal from the first arm and mounting point, the elongate guide including a rope support formed at the second distal end of the elongate guide member for supporting the tow rope at the second end of the elongate guide member.

POOL NOODLE WITH DRINK HOLDER
20190092433 · 2019-03-28 ·

A pool toy consists of a flexible, buoyant pool noodle with a drink holder mounted to one end. A user sits on or astride the noodle in a well-known manner to float relaxingly in a generally upright posture in a pool, lake, or other body of water. The weight of the user on the flexible noodle causes the noodle to bend into a substantially U-shaped configuration, in which at least one end of the pool noodle projects above the surface of the water. The drink holder is mounted to an end of the pool noodle that is located above the surface of the water, providing a handy location to hold a beverage container.

Suction stabilized floats

Floats having a buoyant portion and a chamber portion hold liquid within their chambers above the interface of the surrounding body of liquid and gas which creates a downward force which stabilizes the float. If the liquid is water, the float holds water in the inner chamber which is disposed above the waterline of the body of water in which the float is suspended. The elevated water exerts a downward force that acts against rocking, swaying, and other destabilizing forces.

Control and audio systems for a boat

A boat includes a dash positioned proximate a windshield at a first non-zero angle. A speaker is mounted under a top surface of the dash at a second non-zero angle. The speaker is positioned to direct sound emanating from the speaker through an opening in the dash and the windshield is configured to reflect the sound emanating from the speaker as reflected sound in an aft direction. The boat may also include an enclosure having a reflective surface positioned within a cavity formed between the deck and hull of the boat. A speaker, mounted within the enclosure, and the reflective surface are configured to reflect sound emanating from the speaker off of the reflective surface and through an opening of the enclosure.
