A golf bag includes a collapsible sub-assembly including a divider top and a base, a plurality of first snap-fit connectors provided around a portion of an outer perimeter of the divider top, and a flat having a divider top end opposite a base end, an interior side, and an exterior side. The flat includes a plurality of second snap-fit connectors provided along a portion of the divider top end. The flat attaches to the sub-assembly by mating snap-fit engagement of the plurality of first snap-fit connectors around the divider top with the plurality of second snap-fit connectors along the divider top end.

Golf Bag with Accessory Rack

A bag is described for carrying a set of golf clubs while playing golf and while traveling. The bag includes at least one golf club holding panel with a first face and an opposite second face, the first face comprising sleeves for insertion of shafts of golf clubs. The bag also includes an accessory holding panel with a third face and an opposite fourth face, the third face configured for releasable connection of golf accessories. The at least one golf club holding panel and the accessory holding panel are connected so as to provide a playing mode with the first face and third face facing outward, thus providing access to the golf clubs and access to the golf accessories. They are also connected so as to provide a travel mode with the first face and the third face facing inward, to thus protecting the golf clubs and golf accessories while travelling.

All of the hinges and the closure also allow the bag to be folded into a travel mode with two of the first, second, third and fourth panels being adjacent with the middle sections facing and club holding components facing inward and with an other two of the first, second, third and fourth panels are adjacent with the middle sections and club hold components facing inward.

In this way, the height that each of the golf clubs extends beyond the panels is set by the position of the stoppers. These at least two panels are connected in such a way so as to provide a playing mode with the first faces facing outward, thus providing access to the golf clubs, and so as to provide a travel mode with the first faces facing inward, thus protecting the golf clubs while travelling.
