Sport exercise device
A sport exercise device; for use with a sport stick, the sport stick having a head and a shaft. The device comprises a face, edge and attachment means. In one approach, the edge is adapted and arranged to surround the stick's head. The attachment means allows attachment of the device's face to hold an independently provided weight with respect to the head. The attachment means may allow attachment of the device's face to close the stick's net sufficient to prevent out-passage of a ball within the net.
Ball throwing device
A ball throwing device including a lower handle portion, a middle lever portion, and a head portion. The middle lever portion may include a plurality of latitudinal bends positioned between the lower handle portion and the head portion. Additionally and/or alternatively, the head portion may include a half-spherical cup configured to releasably retain a ball, the half-spherical cup having a plurality of edge lobes configured to flex over an outside diameter of the ball.
Weighted Training Equipment
Training equipment includes a hollow shaft having a sidewall defining an internal cavity and at least one polymer material filling at least a portion of the internal cavity. The polymer material may fill the entire internal cavity of the hollow shaft. The polymer material may be a visco-elastic polymer material or polyurethane. A spacer or a filler may fill at least a portion of the internal cavity. A method of making weighted training equipment with a hollow shaft having a sidewall defining an internal cavity may include injecting a curable composition into at least a portion of the internal cavity. The method may further include curing the curable composition into a polymer material.

LACROSSE HEAD WITH FIBER REINFORCEMENT
The disclosed embodiments relate to a lacrosse head and a method of manufacture to form the same. A lacrosse head may include a scoop, a throat, and a pair of opposed sidewalls configured to interconnect the scoop to the throat, each sidewall having an interior edge and an exterior edge. The lacrosse head may further include a hub connected to the throat, the hub including a socket configured to receive a stick. Additionally, at least one of the scoop, throat, pair of opposed sidewalls, and hub comprise a matrix material embedded with a plurality of substantially randomly dispersed reinforcing fibers. A method of forming a lacrosse head may include forming a mold assembly having a positive side and a negative side, mixing a composite matrix material by feeding chopped reinforcing fibers randomly into a resinous material, setting the matrix material into the mold assembly, and closing the mold assembly.
CLEAR LACROSSE HEAD
The invention relates in general to lacrosse heads, and more particularly to preparation of a lacrosse head that is optically clear, but still maintains the desired stiffness and durability characteristics for optimal play.
