Tractor

A tractor in which a basic shape of a hot-wind blocking plate disposed between a motor unit and an operation unit is commonalized as a sharable element, and cutting of an outer edge portion of the hot-wind blocking plate enables application to various specifications including different sizes of motors and operation units, thus achieving convenience in assembling the tractor, enabling mass production by using the sharable element, enabling an efficient inventory storage, and providing an advantage in costs. The tractor includes: a hot-wind blocking plate disposed between a motor unit and an operation unit, the dimension of the hot-wind blocking plate being adjustable by cutting an outer edge portion of the blocking plate; and an operation unit component mounted in the outer edge portion of the hot-wind blocking plate, a position where the operation unit component is mounted is changeable depending on a specification of the operation unit.

Device for attaching a first sub-assembly to a second sub-assembly in an automobile

An attachment device (1) includes: a female member (25); a male member (29) which is capable of insertion into the inner cavity (27) of the female member (25) in an insertion direction; a blocking member (31) which is movable relative to the female member (25), inside the inner cavity (27), between a rest position and an operative position for blocking the male member (29) relative to the female member (25). The attachment device does not have an actuator capable of moving the blocking member (31) from its rest position to its operative position, the blocking member (31) being movable from its rest position to its operative position by an actuator arranged outside the inner cavity (27).

Vehicle body front portion structure

A vehicle body front portion structure includes a front pillar, a dash portion and a load transmission portion. The dash portion includes a dash panel. The load transmission portion includes a dash side structure portion that is fixed to a surface facing he vehicle rear side of a vehicle width direction outer side region of the dash portion, a pillar side structure portion that is fixed to a surface facing the vehicle width direction outer side of the pillar inner panel, and an intermediate structure portion that is connected to at least one of the dash side structure portion or the pillar side structure portion. The intermediate structure portion penetrates a hole portion and is set at a location at which a load that acts on the dash side structure portion when there is a frontal collision is transmitted to the pillar side structure portion.

Cowl top garnish

A cowl top garnish includes a protruding portion that protrudes upward, with its top being situated at an upper position when a vehicle body is viewed in a lateral cross-sectional view. The protruding portion has a front segment that is disposed in along the width of the vehicle and extends from the top in a lower forward direction, and a rear segment that extends from the top in a lower backward direction. The protruding portion is an element having flexibility that allows the front segment and the rear segment to spread when a load acts on the protruding portion from above the top. The front segment has a projecting portion that projects toward the rear segment. The rear segment has a load receiving portion onto which the projecting portion abuts to receive the load when the load acts on the front segment in the backward direction.

AUTOMOBILE BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AUTOMOBILE BODY
20170253274 · 2017-09-07 ·

An automobile body and a method for manufacturing the same is provided in which a substantially rectangular windshield joining face is formed by a front roof arch, a front portion of roof side rails and a dash panel upper of a lower skeleton. Since the upper skeleton and the lower skeleton can be separated, there is the problem that a gap occurs between lower ends of the roof side rails of the upper skeleton and the vehicle width direction outer ends of the dash panel upper of the lower skeleton, and the windshield joining face is discontinuous. Extension parts are provided inward in the vehicle width direction from the lower ends of the roof side rails, and the vehicle width direction inner ends of the extension parts are connected to the vehicle width direction outer ends of the dash panel upper, thereby eliminating discontinuity of the windshield joining face.
