TOOL STORAGE DEVICE USED IN A VEHICLE
A tool storage device used in a vehicle includes a first member storing tools and made of a first material, and a second member receiving the first member to be arranged below a vehicle floor and having a plate shape extending along a floor surface of the vehicle floor, the second member made of a second material different from the first material.
SPARE WHEEL CAVITY
The present disclosure relates to a spare wheel cavity for a vehicle. The spare wheel cavity is configured to store a collision-sensitive object and comprises a bottom wall and a side wall. The spare wheel cavity further comprises a carrier plate directly or indirectly attached to the bottom wall and a reinforcement structure located in or at the bottom wall in front of the carrier plate and/or below a front portion of the carrier plate. The carrier plate is configured to carry the collision-sensitive object on an object carrying portion of the carrier plate. The disclosure further relates to an arrangement comprising the spare wheel cavity, as well as a collision-sensitive object and/or a spare wheel. The disclosure also relates to a method of reducing a risk of a stack-up problem in case of a rear collision.

REAR END STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE BODY
Provided is a rear end structure of a vehicle body, with which it is possible to reduce vehicle weight and achieve satisfactory vehicle body rigidity. The rear end structure of a vehicle body is equipped with a floor panel having a low floor part, a high floor part provided rearward of the low floor part, and a floor recess formed in the high floor part and describing a protuberant configuration when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a brace connecting the low floor part and the bottom surface of the floor recess.
Securement system for a storage area of a vehicle
A securement system is provided for use with a storage area of a vehicle having a cover panel adjustably positionable relative to the storage area. The securement system includes a locking portion cooperating with the cover panel including a body having a first end and an opposing second end terminating at a securement member. A receiving portion cooperates with the storage area and includes a housing, a channel extending at least partially through the receiving portion housing to receive and engage the locking portion securement member. The receiving portion channel includes a first passage configured to receive the locking portion securement member and a second passage configured to guide the locking portion body between at least a first position and a second position to receive and secure the securement member.
Vehicle trunk lighting system
A trunk lighting system of a vehicle with a vehicle ceiling, where the trunk lighting system includes a trunk floor panel positioned in a trunk of the vehicle and movable between a first position and a second position, the trunk floor panel being closer to the vehicle ceiling at the second position than at the first position. The trunk lighting system has a lighting device, and a switch connected to the lighting device and to trigger a second lighting output from the lighting device when the trunk floor is at the second position, the second lighting output being greater than a first lighting output from the lighting device when the trunk floor panel is at the first position.
Structure for mounting battery and spare tire
A structure for mounting a battery and a spare tire may include a battery bracket fixing the battery to an accommodating compartment recessed in a rear floor of a vehicle, and a tire mounting bracket fastened to the spare tire, disposed at an upper side of the battery, through a tire bolt, and fixing the spare tire to the rear floor, in which the battery bracket and the tire mounting bracket are separated so that a load applied to the spare tire is not transmitted to the battery.
