SMART HATCH AUTONOMOUS ACTUATION SYSTEMS FOR HATCHES WINDOWS AND DOORS
Systems and methods described in this application are directed to hatch lid actuation systems. Actuation systems of the inventive subject matter are configured to effect the opening and closing of lids that are hingedly coupled with an opening. An embodiment featuring a rotational actuator, e.g., a motor, as well as an embodiment featuring a linear actuator are described. Embodiments having rotational actuators can additionally feature a gearbox. Embodiments of the inventive subject matter can also include sensor packages that can determine various hatch lid conditions (e.g., whether a lid is open, closed, wet, etc.).
JET PROPELLED BOAT
A jet propelled boat includes a boat body, a hatch, a pair of front end movement restrictors spaced apart from each other in a right-left direction in a vicinity of a front end of the hatch so as to restrict movement of the front end with respect to the deck, a rear end lock provided in a vicinity of a rear end of the hatch so as to restrict upward movement of the rear end, and a pair of rear end movement restrictors provided on both sides of the rear end lock in the right-left direction so as to restrict horizontal movement of the rear end.

A personal watercraft includes: a watercraft body made of a resin; a handle projecting upward from the watercraft body; a meter display device disposed above the watercraft body and forward of the handle; a meter cover made of a resin and covering a space from above, the space being adjacent to and forward of the meter display device and being in contact with an upper surface of the watercraft body and a forward surface of the meter display device; and an antenna disposed in the space.

Watercraft Storage System
A watercraft storage system for storing and concealing items on watercraft, which includes a suspendable shelf extending downwardly from and attaching to a select portion of the floorboard and connecting to a pair of end caps to form a containment enclosure for housing therewithin a scissor lift configured with an upper platform connecting to a base platform by a pair of moveable supports. A linear actuator connecting to the base platform and a lower forward shaft of the scissor lift operably sets in motion the moveable supports to lift and lower the upper platform relative to the base platform to respectively receive and store items temporarily below the floorboard so as to maintain continuity of the walkways associated with the watercraft.

A personal watercraft includes: a watercraft body including an internal accommodation space and a front portion provided with an opening through which the accommodation space is open upward, the watercraft body further including a baffle portion and a recessed portion, the baffle portion being spaced at least forward from a peripheral portion of the opening and projecting upward, the recessed portion being formed between the peripheral portion and the baffle portion; a hatch cover including a closing portion and an overhanging portion extending at least forward from the closing portion to cover the recessed portion and the baffle portion; a first sealing member configured to seal a gap between the peripheral portion of the opening and the hatch cover when the hatch cover is in a closed state; and a second sealing member configured to seal a gap between the overhanging portion and the baffle portion.
BOAT WITH A TRANSOM
A boat having a transom and a rear platform extending at least partially across the transom. The rear platform includes a hatch defining at least partially the rear platform, the hatch having a bottom surface, and a hatch pivot for pivoting the hatch about a hatch pivot axis from a first hatch position to a second hatch position. The boat is free of an enclosed engine compartment. The hatch at least partially defines thereunder a space for receiving a marine outboard engine. The space extends rearwardly of the transom and is open at a rear of the boat.
