A pole system for supporting a sports net, the pole system including a net post, a receiver pole, a support base, and a plurality of suction cups. A pickleball paddle is provided with improvements or modifications to control noise. Embodiments described relate to pickleball paddles for reducing the loudness and/or frequency of sound generated when a ball strikes the pickleball paddle. In some embodiments, the paddle comprises a surface comprising a graphene infused acoustic layer. In some embodiments, the graphene infused acoustic layer comprises between about 1% to 25% graphene. In some embodiments, the graphene infused acoustic layer comprises an effective amount of graphene to provide durability. The paddle can reduce frequency of sound generated to between 500 hz to 800 hz.

Embodiments described herein relate to methods, systems, and devices that can be leveraged to retrieve pickleballs from a court surface. More particularly, the present embodiments relate to a portable, light-weight, hand-held pickleball collector.

A method of forming a pickleball in an additive manufacturing system includes selecting one of a polymer or liquid resin material from which the pickleball is to be additively manufactured. A computer file is provided containing computer readable instructions for the automated additive manufacturing of a computer generated model of the pickleball, the instructions including a definition of the geometric shape of the pickleball divided into a plurality of successively layered cross sectional slices. A 3D printer executes the instructions to initiate an automated additive manufacturing of a physical pickleball from the selected polymer, corresponding to the design of the computer generated model. The 3D printer creates solid cross sections of the pickleball in the selected material that are progressively and integrally bonded together and correspond to the successively layered cross sectional slices of the pickleball design, to form a complete pickleball.

A pickleball paddle includes a paddle body and a handle connected to the paddle body. The paddle body includes a substrate layer and a fiber face sheet. The fiber face sheet overlays either surface of the substrate layer. A coating is provided on an outer surface of the fiber face sheet. A paddle scoreboard for platform tennis is provided. The paddle scoreboard is paddle shaped and adapted to engage and hang from the fence of the platform tennis court. A pickleball paddle having a multi-function handle. The paddle comprises a head having a front side, a back side, and a perimeter edge. The perimeter edge has a top edge, a bottom edge, a first lateral edge, and a second lateral edge. A central portion of each of the front and back sides is planar. A handle has a proximal end attached to the bottom edge of the head and extends downwardly from the bottom edge.
