Easy chair with exercise and health benefits
A seating apparatus cushioned for providing comfortable seating of a body for living room, office and other seating environments. The seating apparatus includes a frame for a seat, a back component, arms and legs and includes one or more supports fixed with respect to the frame and extending from the seating apparatus to provide stationary anchors for use by the body in exercising and for ingress and egress from the seating apparatus.
MULTI-SPORT BIOMETRIC FEEDBACK DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE COACHING WITH GYM APPARATUS
A system and method provides real-time coaching and adjustment to training. A wearable device may be configured for over-the-ear wear, which includes a speaker, a transceiver, and sensors to measure biometric activity in the user while worn during athletic performance training. The system uses a method which compares past performance to current performance and training goals to adjust a training plan during performance for maximizing training results. The system analyzes current and past performance and generates new training performance output goals in real-time based on the user's current performance. The system then transmits coaching output during a live training session instructing the user on how to adjust their performance output during a current training session. Some embodiments include connecting to smart gym apparatus which connect to the system and automatically increase/decrease resistance/speed depending on the system determining a need to change performance output for maximum gains.
Well Built Trailer
A mobile-exercise trailer includes a platform having at least one exercise equipment arranged thereon. Two sidewalls each have a first end joined to the platform, and at least one of the two sidewalls has a window. A first door is arranged to cover the window in at least one sidewall. A roof is attached to a second end of each of the two sidewalls, and a first power rack is retractably extendable from one of the two side walls. Attachment strips may be arranged on one of the two sidewalls. At least one of dip bars, wall ball targets, a punching bag, and a virtual weight pulley machine can be connected to the attachment strips. Video monitors are arranged on at least one of the two sidewalls. Two wheels are axially arranged below a portion of the two sidewalls, and a manual and/or remote controlled trailer dolly extends from a front of the mobile-exercise trailer.
Weightlifting machine
A weightlifting machine that includes a pulley system and a cable system that attaches to a weight rack frame to allow a user to perform a weightlifting exercise. The pulley system may include a first pulley and a second pulley where the cable system engages each pulley. The cable system may have a first end connected to a grip attachment and a second end attached to a resistance element. The resistance element may include a resistance band, a weight support that holds a weight plate, a set of weight plates, or other type of resistance element. The cable system may extend from the pulley through an opening located one of the frame members that form the frame.
Portable resistance workout apparatuses and systems
A portable strength training apparatus, system and method. The apparatus can include a platform base having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of base attachment mechanisms. One or more of the plurality of base attachment mechanisms can be removably coupled to a resistance band. A force sensor can be coupled to the resistance band, the force sensor comprising a force transducer that can include electronic circuitry to track, record, and analyze resistance forces applied to the resistance band.
Foldable exercise device
A foldable exercise device with a chin-up exercise apparatus and a dip exercise apparatus suspendable from the chin-up exercise apparatus. The chin-up exercise apparatus has a top horizontal member and a bottom horizontal member connected by two connecting members. Each connecting member has a door header hook and a parallel chin-up handle that rotate on the connecting member from a flat configuration to an exercise configuration. In the exercise configuration the chin-up exercise apparatus can engage a door frame. In the exercise configuration the parallel chin-up handles can be used for neutral chin-ups. The dip exercise apparatus has two vertical members spaced apart by a horizontal connecting member. The vertical members have a bottom end with a bottom grip. The bottom grip can be rotated from a flat configuration to an exercise configuration. In the exercise configuration the bottom grips can be used to do dip exercises.
Multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation/workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
Workstation apparatus and method with converging treadmills
A shared workstation apparatus with converging treadmills including treadmills with centerlines that are transversely oriented towards each other at an angle, which can for example be an acute angle. The shared workstation includes a frame, a first treadmill, a second treadmill, and at least one shared work surface located above the treadmills. The orientation of the treadmills and the shared work surface allows users to share work with each other across the shared work space.
MULTI-PURPOSE ADJUSTABLE-INCLINE CLIMBING WALL
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall comprises one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the upper portion of the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. In some embodiments, the climbing wall may also comprise one or more fitness accessories that can brought to an optimal height for a particular user through adjustment of the climbing wall incline.
