Foldable package provided with foldable packaging means and locking means
A package including: a case having a bottom and a peripheral rim composed of panels and a lid. The package is collapsible between: a flat configuration, in which the panels and the lid extend substantially parallel to the bottom and a use configuration in which the case defines a storage volume, and in which the lid is movable between a storage volume access position and a storage volume closed position. The package includes a locking mechanism, first mechanism for locking the lid in its closed position, and second mechanism for locking the package in its flat configuration.
Container made of plastic
The invention relates to a container (1) made of plastic, comprising a rectangular base (2) and four lateral walls (3, 4). The lower face of the base (2) has a first stacking contour (20) on the outer edge of the base, and the lateral walls (3, 4) have a second stacking contour (30, 40) on the upper edge region of the lateral walls. When containers (1) are stacked one over the other, the first stacking contour (20) of an upper container (1) and the second stacking contour (30, 40) of a lower container (1) engage with each other in a centering manner. The upper edge region of at least two opposing lateral walls (3, 4) is reinforced by at least one respective profiled reinforcement section (5) attached to the remaining lateral wall (3, 4) in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner, and the profiled reinforcement section (5) or each profiled reinforcement section has at least one profiled section web (50) on the section upper face facing away from the container (1), said profiled section web running in the longitudinal direction of the profiled reinforcement section (5) and forming a sliding path (11) for another container (1) to be placed thereon.
COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER
A collapsible container includes a base having a pair of opposed first edges and a pair of opposed second edges. The base has a generally planar portion having a plurality of first drainage channels formed along the first edges, a plurality of second drainage channels formed along the second edges and a plurality of third drainage channels formed perpendicularly to the first drainage channels between the second drainage channels. The second drainage channels and the third drainage channels are in fluid communication with the first drainage channels. The first, second and third drainage channels form drag rails on an underside of the base that are the lowest surfaces of the base.
Collapsible Snack Caddy
A collapsible snack caddy has an open rectangular box-like configuration for carrying snacks and a closed flat configuration. The caddy has a bottom, front and back sides, left and right ends, and an open top. The caddy is hinged at all four corners. The sides and ends are hinged to the bottom. The sides have diagonal living hinges to allow a triangular portion to fold upon the trapezoidal portion. The bottom, and both sides are hinged in the middle so that opposite portions of the ends, sides, and the bottom can fold upon each other.
Recyclable, energy-saving and environmental-friendly packing box applicable to packaging various objects
A packing box is provided. The packing box is formed by several splicing materials of a standard model. The splicing material on the top of the packing box is provided with an air pump with automatic pumping and the pressure monitoring functions. The inner side of each splicing material is provided with an air bag, and the air bags are inflatable and connected to one another via connection tubes. The air bags are able to be spliced or separated with one another, and the shape of each air bag is subject to the outline dimension of a packaged object when the air bags are inflated. The size and shape of the packing box can be determined according to the size and shape of the packaged object, so is applicable to the objects with any sizes and shapes. The packing box does not need additional fillers and is recyclable.
Foldable container
A foldable container, comprising a base (1) and two pairs of side plates (2). The two pairs of side plates (2) are hingedly connected to the edges of the base (1) and capable of being folded relative to the base (1). The foldable container further comprises connecting rods (5). Extending portions (21) are provided at the lower edges of at least one pair of the two pairs of side plates (2), protruding portions (13) which extend perpendicular to the base are provided on the corresponding edges of the base (1). The protruding portions are provided with opening portions (11). The opening portions (11) are opened facing the interior of the container and facing upper ends of the protruding portions (13). One end of the connecting rod (5) is pivotally connected to a bottom end of the opening portion (11), and the other end of the connecting rod (5) is slidably and rotatably connected to an upper end of the extending portion (21) in a direction perpendicular to the base. According to the foldable container, the opposite side plates can be conveniently and rapidly placed on the base horizontally by means of simple and reliable hinging structures, and the foldable container can be made into a thin-walled foldable container.
Foldable storage box
A foldable storage box, comprising: a bottom panel, a first mounting assembly, a second mounting assembly. The bottom panel with two opposite first edges and two opposite second edges; the first mounting assembly comprises two first side plates rotatably connected to the first edges respectively, and two ends of the first side plate close to the second edge are both provided with a first clamping structure; the second mounting assembly comprises two second side plates rotatably connected to the second edges respectively, and two ends of the second side plates close to the first edge are both provided with a second clamping structure capable of a snap fit to the first clamping structure.
Container system
A storage container system for storing items includes a tote, an insulated shell with a lid. The insulated shell is configured for receiving the tote. The insulated shell includes a base and a plurality of side walls and is foldable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration such that the tote fits inside the insulated shell when the insulated shell is in the expanded configuration. The lid is configured for closing the tote inside the insulated shell when the insulated shell is in the expanded configuration.
Reinforced Composite Transport Container for Beverages
A container for transporting beer bottles or beer cans has at least one part made of a structural laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin foam core and a fiber reinforced resin skin.
Collapsable box
Disclosed is a collapsible box, comprising a base (1) and two pairs of opposite side plates. A protrusion edge (10) is provided at the periphery of the base (1). The side plates are hinged to the base and foldable relative to the base (1). Each of the side plates is smooth at both sides thereof and at least one pair of the side plates are each provided with a cavity in lower edges. When a collapsible box (100) is deployed, the lower edges of one pair of side plate are connected with the lower edges of the other pair of side plates so as to form a frame. The frame is hinged to the base (1) by means of hinges, so as to form a reinforced structure which resists the base from depressing and the protrusion edge from recessing. This solution increases the cleaning efficiency of the collapsible box, alleviates the depressing of the base when the box body is loaded, and solves the problem of the collision and damage among goods in upper and lower layers due to the depressing of the base due to multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes. Further, the safety risk in warehouse storage caused by the failure of stacking due to side plate deformation caused by multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes and side plates being pressed is avoided. Meanwhile the box has a smaller wall thickness and a higher folding ratio.
