Container

A container, in particular a plastic vial produced in the blow-molding method and filled and closed in the mold, has a neck part (5) joined to a container body (1). The neck part receives a one-part or multi-part cap (2). A fixing part (29) is connected to the cap (2) by a breaking point (31), which can be detached by a relative rotational motion between the cap (2) and the container body (1). Each breaking point (31) can be detached by rotational motions in both rotational directions with approximately the same angle of rotation and approximately the same torque.

CAP MANIPULATOR AND CAP ASSEMBLY
20190224665 · 2019-07-25 ·

A cap manipulator and a cap assembly are provided. The cap manipulator includes a first airbag member, a second airbag member, and an airstream channel structure therebetween and enabling inner spaces of the first airbag member and the second airbag member to be communicated. If the second airbag member is squeezed, a volume of the first airbag member is greater than that of the insertion space, and if the second airbag member is not squeezed, the volume of the first airbag member is smaller than or equal to that of the insertion space.

Lid opening and closing mechanism, electronic device

The lid opening and closing mechanism in the present disclosure has an operating member which is displaceable relative to a housing body, and a drive mechanism. When the operating member is in a first position relative to the housing body, the drive mechanism locks the lid so that the lid does not move in a predetermined direction, and when the operating member is moved to a second position relative to the housing body, the drive mechanism releases the lock on the lid, moves the lid in the predetermined direction by at least a predetermined distance, and separates the lid from a predetermined face in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined face.

Insulated beverage container

An insulated beverage protector for sealing and storing an open bottle comprised of: (i) a body having at least two sections, that removably attach to each other(a) an upper section that is tapered and configured to snugly surround the tapered neck of the bottle and (b) a base section configured to snugly surround the cylindrical base of the bottle; (ii) a cover that removably attaches to the body; (iii) a stopper (stored within the cover) that removably attaches to the inside, top-most surface of the cover.

Double safe child resistant cap
10239673 · 2019-03-26 · ·

A double safe child resistant cap for medicine containers includes a cap with a cap main structure having a side wall and a top, and including: a) a first safe child resistant cap mechanism requiring compound movement to unlock; and b) a second safe child resistant cap mechanism including (i) a coupling rod attached to said cap main structure top and extending upwardly and (ii) a push-pull valve connected to said container for dispensing therefrom, said push-pull valve having a force-fit coupling rod receiver, wherein said push-pull valve has a down closed position and an up position, which is an open position to permit dispensing. Another embodiment includes a dosage cup with the coupling rod in place of a cap top coupling rod.

Resilient closure for pressure driven dispensing container

The invention is a closure for the aperture of a pressure driven dispensing container. The closure includes (a) an outer shell having a planar base including an outer first main surface and an inner second main surface. The base includes a dispensing aperture fluidly connecting the outer surface to the inner surface and receives a dispensing tube. An outer peripheral skirt juts out of the inner surface and seals the closure to the aperture of the container. The closure also includes (b) a flexible valve in contact with the inner surface located within the outer peripheral skirt and defining an interior passageway having a first opening at one end adjacent to and in fluid communication with the first dispensing aperture and having a second opening at the other end of the passageway, wherein the flexible valve is resiliently biased so that it naturally shuts and seals the second opening.

Metallic end closure for small diameter container
12071280 · 2024-08-27 · ·

The present disclosure generally relates to containers and container end closures, and more specifically metallic end closures for small diameter metallic beverage containers. The present disclosure also relates to the tooling used to form the novel end closure, where the tooling is itself novel. The change of the angles on the die core ring improve the mobility of the metal while forming the end closure. Specifically, when manufacturing the new end closure with the new tooling, the press output is increased by over five times.

Reusable Bottle Cap with Golf Tee

A reusable bottle cap includes a panel having a top surface and a bottom surface. A sidewall extends downwardly from a periphery of the panel away from the bottom surface. The sidewall is configured to engage with an outer surface of a bottle neck proximate a rim of the bottle when the reusable bottle cap is coupled to the bottle neck. A peg extends downwardly from the bottom surface of the panel and is spaced from the sidewall. The peg is configured to be spaced from an inner surface of the bottle neck when the reusable bottle cap is coupled to the bottle neck.

STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENT FOR PACKAGE
20180338629 · 2018-11-29 ·

The present utility model relates to a new structural arrangement for various packages and to various package opening systems which can be used with any compatible package, and pertains to the technical field of packages in general, providing very advantageous, practical, reliable and functional results, with the greater objective of allowing packages to be recycled, preserving the environment and nature, which is a general practice worldwide by large companies which look after their image. The package comprises a body (10) shaped as a bottle, provided with an inner flexible tube (11) with a bent upper end, forming an inverted U, the upper portion (12) of which is kept in the vertical position outside the bottleneck, a stopper (14) being also provided at the liquid outlet (13); the body (10) and the tube (11) are closed by a lid (15) provided with a vertical projection (16) that forms an inner channel for housing the upper portion (12). Other arrangements are provided in structural variants.
