The device comprises a grinding chamber for obtaining waste fragments from a group of inorganic wastes and a sieving assembly of the fragments generated in said chamber. The device according to the invention also comprises a recognition assembly for recognizing the type of waste of each individual fragment and a distribution group, operatively interposed between the sieving assembly (6) and the recognition assembly, to place each individual fragment in a corresponding location of analysis of a recognition plate (9) of the recognition group. The device according to the invention is further provided with a monitoring and drive unit (200) configured to act on the recognition plate (9) so as to deposit each single analyzed waste fragment in a respective collection bin (13).

Automatic sorting of waste

A waste sorting system uses various sensors to automatically determine a type of a piece of waste, and dispense the waste into an appropriate waste bin, such as a recyclable waste bin, or a landfill waste bin. If the system determines that the piece of waste is of a type that is recyclable, it will first determine whether the waste satisfies a recyclability threshold before it deposits the waste into a recyclable waste bin. If the waste does not satisfy the recyclability threshold, the system will direct the piece of waste to a non-recyclable waste bin even if it is of a type that would otherwise be recyclable if it had met the recyclability threshold.

It has drainage holes at the bottom and two pegs protruding from the front to serve as anchors for dumping. The final component is the two Earth Grids. They are three by three feet, sandbox-like squares with NO bottoms and liquid-tight lids. The lack of a bottom to the Earthgrids allows for sitting on raw earth to attract ground bugs/bacteria. The lids have rain holes. You can open, close, and empty the Earth Grids with a Shepherd's Staff (hooked pole).
