Secondary battery electrode production system
The present invention relates to a secondary battery electrode production system. The secondary electrode production system according to the present invention comprises: an unwinding portion (100) having multiple electrode material supply reels so as to continuously supply an electrode material; a notching portion (200) disclosed on a path of movement of the electrode material supplied from the unwinding portion (100); a cutting portion (400) disposed on the path of movement of the electrode material supplied from the notching portion (200) so as to generate the electrode; a vision inspection portion (600) for confirming whether the electrode is acceptable or not; and an electrode discharge portion (800) comprising a magazine for aligning and storing the electrode while interworking with the vision inspection portion.
ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR HANDLING PAPER ELEMENTS
An arrangement (100) for handling flat elements (202), in particular paper elements (202). A guiding structure (101) is provided, along which a flat element (202) is guidable and transportable along a transport direction (T). A hold-down element (102) is coupled to the guiding structure (101) for holding down the flat element (202) to the guiding structure (101). The hold-down element (102) has a support section (103) on which the flat element (202) is supportable. The hold-down element (102) extends along an extending direction (116) having a component perpendicular to the transport direction (T), wherein suction holes (104) are arranged along the extending direction (116). A suction unit (110) includes a suction opening (111) coupled to the suction holes (104) of the hold-down element (102), an air inlet (112) and an air outlet (113), wherein the suction unit (110) directs air from the air inlet (112) to the air outlet (113) for generating an air flow (114). The suction opening (111) is formed and arranged such that the air flow (114) passes the suction opening (111) so that air flow (114) entrains air through the suction opening (111).
PRINTING PRESS ASSEMBLY HAVING A PLURALITY OF PROCESSING STATIONS FOR PROCESSING SHEETS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE PRINTING PRESS ASSEMBLY
A printing press arrangement has a plurality of processing stations for processing sheets. The plurality of processing stations are arranged one after another in a transport direction of the sheets for in-line processing of the sheets. At least one of the processing stations is configured as a non-impact printing device. A transfer device, which is arranged upstream of the active region of the non-impact printing device, is provided for transferring the sheets from a first processing station, which is arranged upstream of the non-impact printing device, to the non-impact printing device. The transfer device aligns, in each case, at least one of the axial register and the circumferential register and the diagonal register of each of the sheets in register relative to the printing position of the non-impact printing device.
WINDER
A winder includes a winding mechanism, a chamber housing the winding mechanism, at least one vacuum pump, and a product case. The winding mechanism is configured to wind a belt-shaped raw film around a winding core. The belt-shaped raw film is composed of a plurality of electrodes and a plurality of separating films. The at least one vacuum pump is configured to suck air into the chamber. The product case is configured to house a plurality of winding products each formed by winding the raw film with use of the winding mechanism disposed in the chamber.

A sheet-transporting element includes suction openings for holding print sheets, longitudinal sliders including air passages, and transverse sliders including air passages. The longitudinal sliders and the transverse sliders are disposed in a cross-wise configuration and are movable into different positions corresponding to various sheet formats in the positions blocking selected ones of the suction openings.

An apparatus for transferring a film, preferably a wound-on stretch film, wound onto a winding mandrel, oriented in particular vertically and preferably supported exclusively in the region of its upper end, of an unwrapping apparatus, is disclosed. The apparatus encompasses at least one transfer device for pulling off the film wound onto the winding mandrel when the transfer position of the winding mandrel is reached.
Belt support structure for a conveyor of an inkjet printer
A low cost and low air resistance belt support structure for an endless belt conveyor of an inkjet printer can be achieved with the belt support structure being provided over a suction chamber. The belt support structure includes a plurality of longitudinal, narrow support beams positioned spaced apart from one another and parallel to one another in a transport direction of the belt to define a flat support plane for the belt. The support beams provides a relatively small contact area with the belt, which results in low friction. The support beams further allow for a relatively large open area between them to achieve a low air resistance.

A web transport assembly is provided for transporting a web along a processing unit for processing the web, the web transport assembly comprising: a transport device arranged for moving the web in a transport direction through a transport path along the processing unit, the transport device being arranged downstream of the processing unit relative to the transport direction; and a friction-based tensioning device arranged upstream of the processing unit relative to the transport direction; wherein the friction-based tensioning device comprises a guiding surface for guiding the web towards the processing unit and a plurality of suction holes distributed over the guiding surface for providing a suction force to a contact side of the web, the plurality of suction holes being arranged in fluid communication to a suction source, which generates the suction force, wherein the guiding surface is configured to exert a friction force on the web in response to the suction force provided to the contact side of the web; and wherein the friction-based tensioning device is configured for controlling a tension of the web between the guiding surface and the transport device.
