Fastening device for fastening a step or a pallet to a traction mechanism
A fastening device for connecting a step of an escalator or a pallet of a moving walkway with at least one traction means. The fastening device includes a shoulder element, a wedge type connector and a projection. The shoulder and projection are each oppositely located on the step/pallet and traction means to be joined. The shoulder is provided with an opening through which, in the mounted state of the fastening device, the projection extends. The wedge type connector is positioned at least partially between the shoulder and the projection to engage the with the projection to fix the step or pallet against the traction means in a pre-tensioned manner.
Fastening device for fastening a step or a pallet to a traction mechanism
A fastening device for connecting a step of an escalator or a pallet of a moving walkway with at least one traction means. The fastening device includes a shoulder element, a wedge type connector and a projection. The shoulder and projection are each oppositely located on the step/pallet and traction means to be joined. The shoulder is provided with an opening through which, in the mounted state of the fastening device, the projection extends. The wedge type connector is positioned at least partially between the shoulder and the projection to engage the with the projection to fix the step or pallet against the traction means in a pre-tensioned manner.
Pallet of a moving walkway or step for an escalator
The invention relates to a step (4) of an escalator or a plate (14) of a moving walkway. This comprises a tread element (40) and a support body (30) with a base (31), wherein the tread element (40) comprises at least two sub-elements (41, 42, 43) and each sub-element (41, 42, 43) is bounded in the areal extent thereof by two parallel end sides (45, 46) extending in the intended direction (X) of movement of the step (4, 304) or plate (14, 114) and two edge sides (47, 48, 147, 148) arranged orthogonally to the end sides (45, 46). The at least two sub-elements (41, 42, 43) are arranged in a predetermined sequence on the base (31) of the support body (30). Sub-elements (41, 42, 43) arranged adjacent to one another respectively bear against one another by one of the end sides (45, 46) thereof, wherein a sub-element (41, 42) previously arranged on the base (31) is secured to the support body (30) by the respective sub-element (42, 43) subsequently arranged on the base (31).
Pallet of a moving walkway or step for an escalator
The invention relates to a step (4) of an escalator or a plate (14) of a moving walkway. This comprises a tread element (40) and a support body (30) with a base (31), wherein the tread element (40) comprises at least two sub-elements (41, 42, 43) and each sub-element (41, 42, 43) is bounded in the areal extent thereof by two parallel end sides (45, 46) extending in the intended direction (X) of movement of the step (4, 304) or plate (14, 114) and two edge sides (47, 48, 147, 148) arranged orthogonally to the end sides (45, 46). The at least two sub-elements (41, 42, 43) are arranged in a predetermined sequence on the base (31) of the support body (30). Sub-elements (41, 42, 43) arranged adjacent to one another respectively bear against one another by one of the end sides (45, 46) thereof, wherein a sub-element (41, 42) previously arranged on the base (31) is secured to the support body (30) by the respective sub-element (42, 43) subsequently arranged on the base (31).
Pallet for a moving walk or step for an escalator
A step of an escalator or a pallet of a moving walk has a supporting body with a base and at least one tread-element with a tread-surface wherein, on an underside that faces away from the tread-surface, the at-least one tread-element has at least one fastening protrusion. In the assembled state, the at-least one fastening protrusion protrudes through an opening in the base. Arranged on the side of the base that faces away from the tread-element, at least partly between the base and the fastening protrusion, is at least one fixing element. The fixing element fixes the tread-element against the base in a pretensioned manner.

A step of an escalator or a pallet of a moving walk has a supporting body with a base and at least one tread-element with a tread-surface wherein, on an underside that faces away from the tread-surface, the at-least one tread-element has at least one fastening protrusion.
