Remote Controlled Lift Assembly
A remote controlled lift assembly includes a pair of supports is each mountable to a respective outrigger of scaffolding. A winch unit is positionable on the supports when the supports are mounted on the scaffolding and the winch unit has a cable extending downwardly therefrom. The cable is lowered or lifted when the winch is actuated. A receiver is coupled to the winch unit and the receiver is in electrical communication with the winch unit. A remote control is provided that is carried by a user and the remote control is in wireless electrical communication with the receiver. In this way the user can remotely lift and lower the cable for lifting and lowering cargo.
Lift Truck Hoist Attachment
A lower mast is attached to a base having fork pockets, and is pivotal between vertical and horizontal positions. A lower mast brace assembly has a receiver configured to receive the lower mast as it is moved into the generally vertical position, and to retain it there. An upper mast having a hoist at its upper end slides into the lower mast. The upper mast has a dogleg that offsets the hoist forward of the centerline of the lower mast. A hook is attached to the lower mast brace assembly near the receiver. The hinge, the lower mast brace assembly, the dogleg of the upper mast, and the hook are arranged so that the hoist may be used to pull the mast from the horizontal position to the vertical position. A combination limit switch, buffer, and vertical shutoff switch may be attached to the upper end of the upper mast.

Wire Pulling Wincher
A wire pulling wincher apparatus attachable to a tractor, loader or other mobile transport device capable of receiving attachments has a pass through frame attachable to the mobile device, a vertical support member on the frame for supporting a first winch with cable for attaching and pulling a fence wire to be tensioned, a second winch for raising and lowering a slide block assembly through which the first winch cable is guided to allow pulling the first winch cable at different vertical heights, and has winch tension limiting apparatus.

SHUTDOWN BUFFER FOR A LIFTING DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR CHAIN HOIST, AND LIFTING DEVICE HEREWITH
A shut-down buffer for a lifting device, in particular a chain hoist, includes two opposing end surfaces and at least two mutually spaced web elements extending between the end surfaces. The shut-down buffer is defined by the end surfaces, between which a through-opening for passage of a load-bearing element of the lifting device extends through the shut-down buffer.
