A card shuffler and dealing module shuffles eight decks of cards (or less) and delivers Baccarat hands (or other games) to a dealer. Cards are randomly selected from two pre-shuffle bins and delivered to a connected or integral dealing module. The card shuffler initially selects and delivers four cards (the minimum number needed for a hand of Baccarat) to a dealing area of the dealing module. Two additional cards (the maximum number of additional cards needed for a hand of Baccarat) are then selected and delivered to the dealing module rear of the four initial cards. Accordingly, up to six cards are available to be dealt during the Baccarat hand. The smart card shuffler tracks the rank of the cards and discerns the future outcome of the Baccarat game and adjusts the cards made available to the dealer via an automatic dealing module cover and card transport mechanism.

A fraud detection system which detects fraud in a game of performing collection and redemption of chips in accordance with a win or lose result includes a camera which captures an image of chips contained in a chip tray of a dealer, an image analyzing apparatus which analyses the image captured by the camera to detect an amount of the chips contained in the chip tray, a card distribution device which determines a win or lose result of a game, and a control device which compares the win or lose result of the game and the amount of the chips contained in the chip tray before and after collection and redemption of the chips to detect fraud.

An electronic device or entertainment gaming machine comprising: at least one betting terminal having a software program or plurality of software programs that allow at least a second player to place a bet on a jackpot if a first player declines the right to place a bet on the jackpot, wherein the second player is at a betting terminal that is apart from the conventional casino table game and the first player is playing at a conventional casino table game and is granted a right of first refusal to place a bet on jackpot by virtue of the first player's bet on the conventional casino table game, wherein the outcome of the jackpot is determined according to a combination of cards or dice in the conventional casino table game.

A table game system capable of providing a table game to provide a chance to bet more higher paid off odds and additional wagering opportunities during the play in a way that is not complicated is provided. A table game system is provided that includes a plurality of association tables, each of which makes it possible to obtain the correlation between codes attached to shuffled playing cards and the ranks thereof, and prevents the correlation between the codes of the shuffled playing cards and the ranks thereof from being known by a person who intends to commit cheating by changing the association table used as appropriate. A card shoe apparatus 2 of the table game system of the present invention includes a barcode reader 100 that reads a barcode 3 attached to a shuffled playing card set 1s, and thereby reads a shuffled card ID that can uniquely identify the shuffled playing card set 1s. The shuffled card ID of the shuffled playing cards to be used is subjected to a process of association to identify one of association table numbers (T1 to T10) or database numbers, and the rank and the suit of a card 1 that are attached to the card 1 are identified based on a code C with an association table (T3). If the code C does not match a code defined in the association table (T3), an error occurs and it is determined that cheating may be committed.

A wagering event is completed using virtual or physical playing card symbols to determine a random event outcome by: a) recognizing a wager on a player hand win, a banker hand win or a player hand-banker hand tie event; b) providing exactly three random standard playing cards face-up to a player position and a dealer position; c) discarding exactly one random standard playing cards from each of the banker hand and the player hand to form a two-card baccarat player hand and a two-card banker hand; d) completing the two-card baccarat player hand and the two-card banker hand according to standard baccarat requirements of staying and hitting on point counts to form a final player hand and a final banker hand; and e) determining outcomes in a comparison between the player hand and the banker hand according to standard baccarat count comparison.

Systems and methods for facilitating a card game on a table apparatus that comprises components (e.g., RFID antennas) for sensing wagering chips placed on the table provide for determining, based upon data from such components: (i) all losses to be collected by a dealer; (ii) all wins to be paid out by the dealer; and (iii) all commissions to be collected by the dealer. The systems and methods also facilitate outputting, on a dealer display device, an indication of one or more of the following for each player participating in the card game and based on the foregoing determinations: (i) a commission to be collected, if any; (ii) a losing wager to be collected, if any; and (iii) a win amount to be paid out, if any.
