Solid waste interceptor for a drain
A solid waste interceptor for a drain includes a tank for collecting waste water therein, the tank having a waste water inlet and a waste water outlet, a tray housing a strainer basket being slidably mounted within the tank, in the manner of a drawer, to be moved between a closed position in which the strainer basket receives waste water from the waste water inlet, and an open position in which the tray extends from the tank to provide access to the strainer basket to facilitate emptying of collected solid waste therefrom. The tray is provided with a drain outlet for delivering waste water passing through the strainer basket into a sump of the tank, and the drain outlet spigot is adapted to abut a front wall of the tank when the tray is in its open position to delimit the open position of the tray.
Filter with inner container arrangement
A removable filter assembly for filtering a fluid having a particulate or a contaminant and configured to engage a filter housing having a center post. The removable filter assembly includes a filter element adapted to remove at least one of the particulate or contaminate from the fluid, wherein the filter element includes an interior wall defining a passage having a first end and a second end. A container arrangement includes a channel and an outer wall in contact with the filter element at the first end of the passage, wherein the outer wall defines an outer profile extending from the first end of the passage toward the second end of the passage. The channel defines an inner wall configured to provide a relatively fluid tight seal with the center post. The container arrangement is adapted to capture at least one of the particulate or contaminate from the fluid. The outer wall of the container arrangement can include a plurality of radially aligned ribs.
FILTER DEVICE
A filter device having a filter housing (14), in which a replaceable filter element (18) is accommodated, and having a filter head (26) for securing the filter housing (14) to a third component, such as a tank wall (10) of a storage tank, is characterized in that the filter housing (14) is mounted on the filter head (26) in an articulated manner by means of a bearing (28) providing more than one degree of freedom.

Filter Assembly and Container for Collecting a Body Fluid Containing the Same
The present invention relates to a filter assembly for filtering a body fluid comprising a filter holder and a filter system downstream of the filter holder; wherein the filter system and the filter holder are in contact with each other, wherein the filter system comprises a cuboid frame structure with six rectangular surface areas A1-A6, and wherein five of the six surface areas A1-A5 are covered by a filtering media, and wherein the sixth surface area A6 is in contact with the filter holder.
FILTRATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A fluid filtration system includes a fluid storage vessel such as a bioreactor, a filter housing including a filter element disposed therein, a pump coupled between the fluid storage vessel and the filter housing, and a flow diverter disposed between the pump and the filter housing. The pump is configured to move fluid from the fluid storage vessel through the filter element, and the flow diverter is configured for selectively directing fluid received from the pump to the first or second end of the filter housing. In a first mode of operation, the flow diverter directs flow through the filter housing in a first direction, while in a second mode of operation, the flow diverter directs flow through the filter housing in a second direction opposite the first direction.
High capacity filter element end cap
A removable and replaceable end cap that selectively lockingly engages a seat ring of a filter housing. The end cap may include a flange that compresses a gasket member between the end cap and the seat ring to form a fluid tight seal therebetween. The end cap may include cam locking grooves that may each receive insertion of a protrusion of the seat ring, and which are structured for at least rotational displacement about the received protrusion as the end cap is rotated between locked and unlocked positions relative to the seat ring. The end cap may also include an opening that accommodates the passage of a fluid to a filter element. The filter element, which may be coupled to the end cap, may be adapted to remove particulate or contaminate from the received fluid.
FILTER ELEMENT
Fibrous porous filter elements formed by joining two fibrous porous sections, porous filters comprising the joined sections, filter baskets and filter devices comprising the elements and filters, methods of making the filter elements and filters, and methods of filtration using the filter elements and filters, are disclosed.
Round filter element of a filter for urea-water solution and filter
A round filter element of a filter for a urea-water solution has a filter bellows with a filter medium that continuously extends circumferentially, relative to a filter element axis, around an element interior. An end body is fastened to an end face of the filter bellows and provided with a connecting section for fastening the round filter element to a housing cover of a filter housing of the filter. The end body has a central opening communicating with the element interior. The central opening has a central insertion section for receiving a flexible separation section of a volume compensation device of the filter and has an outer flow-through section enabling flow of the urea-water solution out of the filtration volume or into the filtration volume. The filter has a volume compensation device with a flexible separation section that separates a compensation volume from the filtration volume of the filter.
