Action or position triggers in a game play mode
A method, apparatus and non-transitory computer readable medium that, in one embodiment, interprets a user motion sequence comprises beginning a session, capturing the user motion sequence via a motion capturing device during the session, processing, via a processor, the user motion sequence into a predetermined data format, comparing the processed user motion sequence to at least one predetermined motion sequence stored in a database and determining whether to perform at least one of interpreting the user motion sequence as a universal command and registering the user motion sequence as a new command.

Information processing apparatus, information processing system, computer-readable non-transitory storage medium having stored therein information processing program, and information processing method
An example information processing apparatus including an infrared light emitter capable of emitting infrared light and a camera capable of at least taking an infrared light image is provided. In the information processing apparatus, when face detection has been successful with the infrared light emitted, emission of the infrared light is stopped, and a face detection process with the emission stopped is executed. As a result, when face detection has been successful, the face detection process is continued with emission of the infrared light stopped, and when face detection has been failure, the infrared light is emitted and the face detection process is continued.

Synchronizing system for gameplaying
The subject application describes an activity performed with or without a website, such as a game. The game can be played either when in contact with the website or when disconnected from the website. The game playing can be carried out for example on a mobile device. The game can be used to earn virtual cash on the website, when playing from the mobile device. The game can also be played when the mobile device is not attached to the website, in which case the points that are received are saved along with an encryption to avoid a user's improper increasing of the points.
PUZZLE SYSTEM INTERWORKING WITH EXTERNAL DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a puzzle system interworking with an external device and, more specifically, to a puzzle system interworking with an external device, which outputs an event corresponding to a puzzle to arouse interest of a user when the user completes the puzzle, and also outputs an event corresponding to an image forming the puzzle to increases interest when the user clicks on the image, so that the puzzle system can used as a learning tool as well as a game tool.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING THE VALUE OF AN INPUT IN PRESENCE OF A PERTURBING FACTOR
The present invention concerns a method and a device for estimating the value of an input in a real-time system. It concerns more particularly real time interactive systems where the input is tracked using a first sensor, typically a camera in presence of a perturbing factor. The perturbing factor is estimated using a second sensor. The component of input computed values due to the perturbing factor are cancelled based on this estimation. A next input value is then estimated from the previous computed input values where the perturbing factor has been cancelled. The estimation is then corrected by applying back the estimation of the perturbing factor.

Spatially-correlated multi-display human-machine interface
A human-machine interface involves plural spatially-coherent visual presentation surfaces at least some of which are movable by a person. Plural windows or portholes into a virtual space, at least some of which are handheld and movable, are provided by using handheld and other display devices. Aspects of multi-dimensional spatiality of the moveable window (e.g., relative to another window) are determined and used to generate images. As one example, the moveable window can present a first person perspective “porthole” view into the virtual space, this porthole view changing based on aspects of the moveable window's spatiality in multi-dimensional space relative to a stationary window. A display can present an image of a virtual space, and an additional, moveable display can present an additional image of the same virtual space.
