The present disclosure relates to a vertical shaft impact crusher comprising a rotor having a rotor protection layer which consists of particles of objects to be crushed. The rotor includes at least: a rotor upper plate comprising a rotor upper plate hole, which is an inlet for the object for crushing which is inserted into the rotor; a rotor lower plate disposed to be separated from the lower portion of the rotor upper plate; a rotor upper plate; a rotor side wall disposed between the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate and coupled to the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate, the rotor side wall being disposed at a position spaced from the rotation center of the rotor; and a circular hole which is formed on the rotor side wall and is an outlet for the object for crushing accelerated by the rotor to come out of the rotor.

The invention relates to a crusher for crushing solid material, the crusher comprising a frame; at least one crusher rotor arranged rotatably to the frame and having crusher blades secured to the circumference thereof; a yielding counterblade structure arranged for cooperation with the crusher blades of the rotor for concurrently crushing and cutting said material and for yielding when encountering non-crushable material and when overloaded; and a yielding and downwardly openable set of screens below the crusher rotor, whereby the counterblade structure is linked to the frame of the set of screens and made turnable towards it with respect for the pivoting shaft in a yield situation; and the set of screens is linked to the crusher frame on the opposite side of the crusher rotor with respect to the counterblade structure and its pivoting shaft and made downwardly collapsible about the pivoting shaft of the set of screens.

Reflective luminescent markings on a road or sign surface are formed by applying onto the surface a base material which is liquid in an initial state for application and sets or cures to form a solid layer after application where the base material contains a fine/medium filler material of glass ground from recycled materials in a rotary mill. Coarse material from the grinder is separated out and supplied as a separate material to be applied onto the surface of the layer of base material and fine ground glass. The base material is connected or impregnated with a luminescent material such as photo luminescent 2 4 6 trichlorophenyl in a binder such as polyurea.

There is described an impact crusher assembly comprising a plurality of blow bars mounted on a rotor core able to rotate about an axis, a feeder for material to the blow bars, a primary impact plate co-operating with the blow bars and located radially outwardly from the blow bars, and a secondary impact plate located below the primary impact plate, wherein the secondary impact plate is translationally moveable relative to rotor core.

The invention provides an assembly able to vary the gap between the secondary impact plate and the blow bars, to allow the user to quickly and easily change the size of material crushed by the impact crusher assembly, or compensate for wear and tear.
