A liquid soap dispenser includes a container having a flexible outer wall and including a quantity of liquid soap therein. The upper surface of the container can be moved between an upper position and a lower position but is spring biased into the upper position. A pump within said container pumps a portion of the liquid soap onto the upper surface when it is moved downwardly into its lower position. A normally closed valve at the bottom of the container opens to dispense liquid soap from the bottom of the container when the container is squeezed.

The squeeze sprayer closure includes a cap (26) which defines a chamber (70) for receipt of air and liquid and further defines an outlet (64). Further included as a part of the squeeze sprayer closure is a valve (28) which is assembled into the squeeze sprayer cap and a dip tube (30) which is received by the squeeze sprayer cap. The dip tube is constructed and arranged to provide air to the chamber and the squeezing of the bottle forces air and liquid into the chamber and from there through the outlet to be dispensed as a spray mist.

SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING A FLUID SUBSTANCE

A dispensing system includes a container for a fluid substance having a hollow stem and dispensing means for feeding the pressurised substance thereto. A cap includes a base body including a first seat for coupling to the stem, the base body partially defining a conduit presenting a first end in fluid communication with the seat and a second end coupled with a spray nozzle. A pressure regulator regulates passage of the substance according to the pressure in the stem to reduce passage due to an increase in pressure in the cavity and increase the passage otherwise, in order to maintain an essentially constant pressure downstream of the regulator even in the presence of variable upstream pressure. A valve element on the conduit between the regulator and the nozzle may close the conduit when the pressure present inside the latter is below a predetermined threshold and open the conduit otherwise.

Some embodiments are directed to a valve, including a rigid end piece that defines a center; a rod at the center of the end piece defining an axis; and a flap, wherein the flap is in one piece and has a flexible wall situated opposite a free end of the rod, the flexible wall is perforated by an orifice concentric with the end of the rod, the orifice has a contour substantially homothetic with that of the contour of the end of the rod in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the rod, the orifice has a surface below a projected surface of the end of the rod in the plane, the flap is connected to the end piece by a non-deformable fixed connection, and the flexible wall presses against the end of the rod at any point of its surface in contact with the end.

Method for dispensing liquid ingredients from a tubular bag in a metered manner, and means for carrying out the method

The invention relates to a method for dispensing viscous or pasty ingredients (12), which are packaged in an aseptic manner, from a tubular bag (1), which is closed prior to the first use, by means of a disposable pump (4) attached to the bag. The disposable pump (4) has an inlet (5) with a cutting element (6), and a nozzle (2) with a flange (3) is welded onto the tubular bag (1). The disposable pump (4) is rotated relative to the nozzle (2), and the tubular bag (1) is thereby cut open. A valve (9) is arranged in the region of the outlet opening of an outlet tube (8) of the pump, and the disposable pump (4) is operated after the initial opening process until a freely selectable volume has exited the closing valve. The disposable pump (4) is then operated in the opposite rotational direction in order to suction ingredients (12) present on or in the region of the valve (9) back into the outlet tube (8). In the process, the valve (9) reaches or remains in the closed valve state. A valve (9) is proposed for carrying out the method. The valve is arranged in the outlet tube (8) and comprises a membrane (93, 191) which is sealingly mounted in a sliding manner or can be inverted. Using the method, the ingredients (12) can be dispensed in a metered manner from a tubular bag (1), in which the ingredients are aseptically packaged, into virtually aseptic containers until the ingredients are practically completely used.

The invention relates to a dispensing device (1) having a pump device (2), which has an actuating element (5) having an output opening (12), wherein the actuating element (5) is movably arranged relative to a hearing element (6), which is connected to a pump housing (7) in a rotationally fixed manner in the usage position, wherein the actuating element (5) is rotatably arranged relative to the bearing element (6) and the bearing dement (6) has at least one protruding bridge (25) having an upper stop edge (24) and a substantially tubular portion (5) of the actuating element (5) has, on the inner surface thereof, distributed over the circumference, at least two stages (22,22, 22) defining a different displacement path, of which stages, depending on the rotational alignment of the actuating, element (5), one stage (22, 22, 22) contacts the stop edge (24) in a lower displacement position.

PUMP APPARATUS

A pump apparatus can include a suction tube, a pliable sealing ring, and an actuator mechanism coupled to the suction tube. The suction tube can be configured to be removably coupled to a container in which the viscous fluid is arranged and be fluidly coupled to an interior of the container and to an output port for outputting the viscous fluid. The pliable sealing ring can be configured to sealingly engage with an interior wall of the container. When the suction tube is coupled to the container and the pliable sealing ring is sealingly engaged with the interior wall of the container, actuating the actuator mechanism can cause the viscous fluid to be suctioned upwardly through the suction tube and output from the output port, ambient air to be drawn into the container, and the pliable sealing ring to move downwardly.

Fluid delivery device

Fluid delivery device for discharging a fluid, having: a housing; piston pump; biasing mechanism; and trigger mechanism. The housing has a basal end and a discharge end with outlet for discharging the fluid. The piston pump has a casing defining a pump chamber for storage of fluid, a piston slidably movable relative to the pump chamber, a piston plunger, and a delivery channel. The trigger mechanism is movable from a cocked configuration wherein the trigger mechanism prevents transfer of a biasing force of the biasing mechanism to the casing to a triggered configuration with the trigger mechanism enabling transfer of the biasing force to the casing to cause movement of the casing towards the housing outlet to discharge fluid from the pump chamber, along the delivery channel and out of the outlet of the housing. The biasing mechanism has one or more flexible catch members and a manually operable trigger.

Container for viscous liquid

A container for viscous liquid is revealed. A first cover set with a one-way valve and a second cover arranged with a flow control valve are disposed on two ends of a main body of the container respectively. The first cover is suspended on a supporting member. Thereby a force is applied to the main body for pouring out viscous liquid such as caramel. Thus caramel pushes against a dome of the one-way valve and a gap on the dome is opened to make the caramel out. Once no force is applied, external air flows through a gap between the flow control valve and the second cover to push a flexible piece of the flow control valve and enter the main body. Thus both the main body and the dome of the one-way valve return back to the original shape. Thereby the caramel can be handled easily.
