Disposable soap dispenser

A soap dispenser including a rigid cartridge, an inverted dispensing pump, a collar carrying a lever for actuating the pump, and a venting system for equalizing the air pressure in the rigid cartridge, wherein the rigid cartridge and the collar cooperate to removably attach the soap dispenser to a wall-mounted bracket, and further wherein at least the rigid cartridge is disposable and can be made of a recyclable and/or biodegradable material.

Dispensers, refill units and pumps having vacuum actuated anti-drip mechanisms

A fluid dispenser includes a dispenser housing, a container for holding a foamable liquid, a foam pump, an outlet in fluid communication with the foam pump, and a vacuum actuated suck-back mechanism in fluid communication with the foam pump and the outlet. The foam pump has a liquid pump portion and an air pump portion. The vacuum actuated suck-back mechanism includes a chamber and a movable member. The chamber has a vacuum port that is in fluid communication with the air pump portion of the foam pump, and a suck-back port that is in fluid communication with the outlet. The movable member of the vacuum actuated suck-back mechanism moves under vacuum pressure to reduce the volume of the chamber. The volume of the chamber increases upon removal of the vacuum pressure.

Two-Piece Foam Piston Pump

A piston pump for dispensing fluid from a reservoir, an improved vacuum relief arrangement in which a passageway for flow of air from the atmosphere into the reservoir is provided at least in part through a piston-forming element of the piston pump.

Liquid hand cleaner foam dispensing as spray and liquid stream

Operating a hand cleaner dispenser for dispensing a cleaning liquid from a reservoir onto a person's hands in a cycle of operation wherein, during a first time interval during the cycle dispensing the liquid onto the hand as a spray, and during a second time interval during the cycle dispensing the liquid onto the hand as a liquid stream.

A piston is formed by an outer edge of the cap. The piston and an inner wall of the nozzle body form a dynamic seal for the air cylinder, so that a main body of the air pump is formed. The cap extends downwardly to form a hydraulic cylinder. The hollow compression rod connects a pump component of the hydraulic cylinder and the mixing chamber of the head, so that a main body of the liquid pump is formed. The hollow compression rod is provided with an upper disk. The upper end of the upper disk passes the air outlet of the nozzle body and is inserted into the connecting pipe of the head in snap fit, and the upper disk opens or closes the air outlet. A fastening position is designed to form a gap between the head and the nozzle body to realize a floating valve function at the head.

FOAM GENERATOR FOR INVERTED COMPRESSION RECEPTACLES

The foam generator for inverted compression receptacles according to the present invention is configured such that liquid contents pumped by an internal pressure as a result of directly compressing an inverted compression receptacle (100), having the liquid contents stored therein, are mixed with air in a gas-liquid mixing chamber (S) and, at the same time, directly discharged in the form of foam. That is, direct compression of the inverted compression receptacle (100) allows the liquid contents to be instantly discharged in the form of foam, thereby further improving product responsiveness. In particular, the present invention is capable of further improving the convenience of use thereof, since the contents can be discharged in the form of foam by directly compressing the inverted compression receptacle (100) merely with one hand. In addition, the foam generator for inverted compression receptacles according to the present invention allows the discharged foam to be applied to or cleanse skin by means of a message member (900) having massage bristles (930) attached thereto. In particular, the present invention is capable of producing a messaging effect while allowing the discharged foam (contents) to be directly and evenly applied to the skin by means of the message member (900) even without the use of palms.

Foaming soap dispensers

Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.

Two-piece foam piston pump

A piston pump for dispensing fluid from a reservoir, an improved vacuum relief arrangement in which a passageway for flow of air from the atmosphere into the reservoir is provided at least in part through a piston-forming element of the piston pump.

Liquid dispenser with framed refill receiving bay

A liquid dispenser has a bay surrounded by a shaped frame that is sized to receive a shaped refill inserted at an acute angle of 75 degrees or less in relation to the dispenser's lateral central axis. This unique arrangement is designed to maintain consistent quality of liquids dispensed by preventing the substitution of product refills having different shapes whose contents are of uncertain quality. Refills may be readily manufactured and at low cost. Mechanical and motorized dispensers with optional proximity detection of a user's hand may be used with the inventive dispenser and refill arrangement. Liquid or foam may be dispensed depending on the design of the dispenser pump.
