SELF-CLEANING DIPSTICK ASSEMBLY
A dipstick assembly includes a first handle attached to an end of the rod, a second handle including a second handle opening configured to receive the first handle and the rod, and a cleaning pad disposed at the bottom end of the second handle. The cleaning pad is configured to receive the rod and contact the rod to clean the rod when the first handle and rod are moved vertically relative to the second handle and the cleaning pad.
Light-emitting diode (LED) fountain light with self-cleaning lens
A light-emitting (LED) fountain light with a self-cleaning lens includes a light body with a central hole, a light housing surrounding the light body, a nozzle provided in the light housing and located in the central hole, a central hole pressing ring sleeved in the central hole, LED light beads arranged between the central hole pressing ring and the light housing and sealed by a sealant, a driving mechanism provided between the nozzle and the central hole pressing ring, a cleaning mechanism provided on a surface of the light body to scrape off algae and other dirt, and a transmission mechanism provided between the driving mechanism and the cleaning mechanism. In the LED fountain light, scrapers are rotated forward and backward once to effectively clean the algae and other dirt on the surface of the LED fountain light.
REUSABLE FOLDABLE DRINKING STRAW IN STORAGE CASE
A reusable drinking straw that is foldable into a compact configuration for storage and easily transportable in a storage case. The straw comprises a rigid external tube and a flexible internal tubing that is foldable to a compact configuration for storage. In a folded configuration, the reusable straw has a significantly reduced length of approximately one-half to one-fourth of its extended length when in use. The external tube of the straw is preferably formed of multiple rigid segments for supporting the flexible internal tubing in the extended configuration during use as a drinking straw. A simple cleaning device is provided to clean the straw after use. A storage case is provided to store the straw in the folded configuration in a compact form and to store the cleaning device.
FLANGE GASKET SCRAPER TOOL
A flange gasket scraper tool includes a handle, and flexible shaft extending from the handle, one or more scraping elements and a removal member. The scraping elements extend outward from the shaft or are located at a distance away from a central axis of the shaft. The removal member is coupled to the shaft and extends back towards the handle. The scraper body may have either a rectangular profile or a triangular profile. The scraper blades are configured with an edge treatment and may be tapered or squared at the edges. In one embodiment the scraper blade, the shaft, and the removal member are in the same plane. The tools are used to enter into and scrape out used gaskets from an area at the end of pipes.
Tube peeling witness groove methods and apparatus
A tube scraping tool comprises: a handle; and a blade, carried by the handle. The tool has first and second laterally spaced apart portions for engaging the tube outer diameter (OD) surface during a drawing of the tool along the tube. The blade has a cutting edge trailing the first and second portions during the drawing and laterally between the first and second portions.
Folding tool
Provided is a tool that includes a handle assembly including a top portion and a bottom portion. The tool also includes a lock plate disposed between the top and bottom portions and having a deflectable arm having a free end biased towards the top portion, a fixed end opposite the free end, an inner edge, an outer edge, and a detent near the free end and the inner edge. The tool additionally includes a blade having first and second ends, an indent in a bottom surface of the blade near the first end for engaging the detent in a closed position, and a ramp on the bottom surface near the indent defining a reduced thickness portion of the blade that reduces in thickness from the indent towards an edge of the blade to reduce contact between the detent and the blade during rotation of the blade.
SNOW REMOVAL
An apparatus for removing snow from vehicles incorporates an elongated flexible wall with gripping structures at either end of the flexible wall. The device can be used by an individual or a pair of individuals together. A single user bends the flexible wall into a generally U-shaped form, places the U-shaped flexible wall onto a vehicle surface and pulls the flexible wall toward themselves to remove snow. A pair of individuals extend the flexible wall so that it spans the vehicle width. The individuals stand on opposite sides of the vehicle where each individual grabs a gripping structure on one end of the flexible wall. The two individuals then pull the extended flexible wall along the vehicle length to remove snow. The flexible wall can roll up into a compact cylinder when not in use.
