A water-fed pole for window cleaning including: an extendable pole having two or more pole sections, the pole sections being moveable relative to each other, in use, to extend and shorten the pole; and one or more clamps, each clamp being coupled to a given pole section and being operable to clamp the given pole section to an adjacent pole section, thereby fixing, in use, the length of the pole. Each clamp including a clamping surface arranged such that, on operation of the clamp, the clamping surface is brought into contact with a surface of the adjacent pole section to clamp the given pole section to the adjacent pole section. The at least a portion of the clamping surface made up of a resilient material.

Scrapers for removing adhered material from surfaces employ continuous and discontinuous material removal edges to remove different types of material. Continuous and sometimes discontinuous material removal edges are constructed and arranged to conform to the curvature of a surface from which material is to be removed, when a user forces the scraper against the surface. Some scrapers include multiple material removal edges designed to simultaneously contact the surface. The use of multiple points of contact combined with locations of handles provide stable designs that reduce hand and wrist strain.

Embodiments relate to marine streamer cleaning. An embodiment provides a streamer cleaning apparatus comprising: a housing comprising an inlet configured to receive a streamer and an outlet configured to dispatch the streamer; and scraper lamellas coupled to the housing, wherein the scraper lamellas are arranged to form an opening to receive the streamer. Methods of cleaning a streamer and streamer cleaning systems are also provided.

A packaging machine for packaging products to be packaged using a stretchable film has a film transporter supplying the film. The film transporter has first and second belt conveyors that each have first and second transport belts, which are synchronously driven and arranged next to one another in a film transport direction. A belt conveyor is movable in a direction perpendicular to the film transport direction, and has a movable film guide to insert the film into the film transporter. The film guide has a guide plate for guiding the film. The guide plate has first and second recesses in an upper edge in the vertical direction facing the belt conveyors. The belt conveyors are to be inserted into a respective one of the recesses. The film transporter has cleaners for the belt conveyors.

A viscous material wiping device wipes the viscous material attached to the tip of a spatula with a sheet. A sheet support jig has a groove recessed in the sheet facing surface, the groove includes a receiving portion and a wiping portion that are continuous in the groove extending direction, and the wiping portion has a groove width smaller than that of the receiving portion and substantially equal to the outer dimension of the tip of the spatula. A controller drives the moving mechanism to position the spatula on the opposite side of the sheet supporting jig with respect to the sheet in a posture that the spatula extends parallel to the groove extending direction and overlaps the groove when viewed in a normal direction of the sheet facing surface, and move the spatula in the normal direction so that the tip of the spatula is received in the receiving portion by pressing the sheet against the groove with the spatula. The spatula is configured to move in the groove extending direction so that the tip of the spatula passes through the wiping portion.

The invention relates to the field of jet propulsion application, in particular to a jet propulsion pipeline decontamination machine, which includes a fuselage and a fixing frame provided on the left side of the fuselage. In the gear lever fixedly connected to the fuselage, four guide grooves opening outward are symmetrically distributed in the center of the end wall of the fixed frame, and left and right symmetrical moving blocks are slidably arranged in the guide groove. The moving block is provided with left and right threaded holes with reverse threads passing through the left and right, and the threaded holes are internally connected with threaded rods. The jet propelled pipeline decontamination machine provided by the present invention can realize the sludge in the pipeline. For cleaning, the equipment uses jet propelling equipment to drive the scraper to the depth of the pipeline. When it moves to the maximum limit, it drives the scraper to abut against the pipe wall, and then pulls the scraper to the outside of the pipe through the wire drawing device, thereby contaminating the inner wall of the pipe Mud scraping, the device of the invention is completely scraped, and the scraping force is large, which is more efficient.

The invention details the designs of cleaning pad assemblies for use with heating tools including for example soldering cartridges and soldering irons. The cleaning pads of the assembly are designed to effectively remove and clean the solder from heating tools during and at the end of soldering operations, and allow the collection of the removed solder.

A tool for cleaning a structure is provided. The tool includes an extension pole having a length, the extension pole including three or more cylindrical segments having different respective diameters, the segments being arranged in a telescoping configuration to permit the length of the extension pole to be adjusted to a desired length; locking nuts structured to releasably lock adjacent ones of the segments to one another; a grip provided on a most proximal one of the segments; and an attachment member provided on a most distal one of the segments, the attachment member being structured to removably attach at least one cleaning accessory.

An apparatus for cleaning a light detection and ranging (LiDAR) sensor includes: a pivot frame rotatably mounted with respect to the LiDAR sensor; a cleaning wire mounted on the pivot frame, and having a straight portion contacting a surface of the LiDAR sensor; and a drive mechanism allowing the pivot frame to pivot, wherein rotating of the pivot frame allows the straight portion of the cleaning wire to contact the surface of the LiDAR sensor.

The present invention relates to a scraper device to assist with metering of material that may accumulate between the discs of a disc assembly. The scraper device includes a fixed mounting plate, a fixed retainer plate and a scraper material. The fixed retainer plate includes a shoulder. The scraper material includes an aperture through which the scraper material is removably fastened between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate. The scraper device may further include a fastener to removably fasten the scraper material between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate.
