Interchangeable and interconnectable tool organizing device
A custom tool accessory to hold a tool, the custom tool accessory including a body, at least one tongue disposed at a first side of the body, at least one tongue receiving groove disposed at a second side of the body opposite from the first side of the body, and a tool holding portion disposed on the body to hold the tool. At least one magnet is attached to the underside of a metallic base plate that is in turn secured to the underside of the body. A retainer surrounds the at least one magnet and also underlies the area of the bottom of the base plate that is not covered by the at least one magnet.
Assembly System For Customizable Containers
What is disclosed is an assembly system to create customizable, mobile, lightweight containers and container-like products ranging in size from consumer and commercial storage products to shipping containers and small mobile buildings. The system uses slidable interconnection of various profile shapes of elongated panel modules with same length standardized linear and corner panel connectors, to create container sleeves retained by customizable end framing to become container shells. The container shells are customized to size needed by the number of interconnected panel modules used and the length to which they are cut. Assembly of their few basic parts is simple with a limited range of tools and skills needed. The system further provides for simple, seamless, solid and reversible structural attachment of third party components, without welding or riveting, to achieve specific customization goals as needed. Finally, the system provides for easy and scar free disassembly for shipping, storage reconfiguration, or recycling.
Container
A container including a clip attached at a clip first end to the container body and having a downwardly extending clip arm terminating in a clip second end for securing the container to a substrate disposed between the downwardly extending clip arm and the container body. In particular embodiments, the clip arm can include a clip aperture configured as the first of a pair of mateable fastener removably mateable to a second of the pair of mateable fasteners to removably affix the container to another surface or device.
Battery system for a power tool, as well as battery holder therefor, charger, and charging system
A battery system for a power tool includes two or more battery packs (12), at least one battery holder (14) adapted to detachably engage two or more of the battery packs and a charger (16, 216, 316, 416) adapted to detachably engage the battery holder and to simultaneously electrically communicate with two or more of the battery packs while the at least one battery holder engages both the charger and the battery packs.
Tool Storage Devices
A tool storage device and a tool box. The device may include flexible walls cooperating to define a storage area, and a rigid frame supported in the storage area and including a central portion extending in a direction from a bottom wall toward a top wall, one base portion extending from one side of the central portion, along the bottom wall and toward one side wall, and another base portion extending from an opposite side of the central portion, along the bottom wall and toward an opposite side wall. The tool box may include a body defining a storage compartment; a lid defining a groove in its outer surface to support an elongated work piece; and a handle engageable with a work piece supported in the groove. The lid may be attachable to the top of the body in a closed position and to the bottom in a stowed position.
Holder And Holder Support System
A belt mountable holder and methods of making and using a belt mountable holder including an arcuate member suspendable from a belt disposed about the waist of a wearer and having mateable fasteners disposed on an exterior face of the arcuate member to releasably couple one or more containers to carry articles or tool retainers to retain tools and optionally including a holder support to transfer a holder weight normally applied to the waist of a wearer to a ground engaging surface to remove weight bearing stress from the wearer's waist.
Organizer with locking mechanism
An organizer containing a housing with a plurality of compartments, at least one bin disposed in a compartment and pivotally attached thereto. The organizer further includes a locking mechanism that selectively locks the bin in place when the bin is in its fully closed position. When more than one bins are present, the locking mechanism is also capable of locking a first bin in its fully closed position while simultaneously allowing a second bin to move from its open position to being locked in its fully closed position, without unlocking the first bin.
TOOL HOLDING SYSTEM AND DEVICE
A tool holding system and device comprises a tool holder comprising a primary storage compartment for removably holding one or more tools and a secondary storage compartment configured to removably receive a parts bin. The parts bin is configured to removably hold one or more additional tools.
Work site lid hanger storage system
A tool chest may include a base portion, two opposing sidewalls and a foldable lid. The sidewalls extend to define a tool repository therebetween. The lid has a closed position covering a top of the tool chest and at least a part of a front of the tool chest, and an open position in which both the top of the tool chest and the part of the front of the tool chest are open to provide access to the tool repository. The lid comprises a top section, an overhang portion and a front section. The top section extends perpendicular to the top section. The front section extends substantially parallel to the overhang portion in the closed position and substantially perpendicular to the overhang portion in the open position. A hanger space is formed between the front portion and the top portion when the lid is in the open position.
Tool Storage
Described herein are various coupling systems to be used with storage units that are selectively coupled and decoupled. The coupling systems may be used with storage units that are stackable and/or transportable, thus allowing the storage units to function well within a large stationary environment, such as a basement, and also for a subset of the storage units to be selected and easily moved to another location.
